A delicious meal with great service. Rather overpriced, though. We sat outside and disappointed a ceiling fan was not working! That should have been replaced ASAP. No fans on the floor were offered. We did not want to eat inside. This was a special anniversary - many restaurants offer a complimentary dessert or something bubbly…. Nothing offered.

Having enjoyed dining at The Roger Sherman Inn for decades. I know the food will be excellent, and the porch, dining room and pub-room will be delightful. However,... our Sunday brunch was SUPERB! Every person, in our party of 5, RAVED about their entrees. The French Toast was beyond sublime (may I have a second order for dessert?), the omelette perfectly light and flavorful, and the Norwegian Eggs Benedict above & beyond. "Best Old Fashioned I've ever had." "Yes, another Mimosa, please!" Our server was delightful, helpful and most professional. Thank you, RSI, for a perfect Bruch and afternoon!

Enjoyed our delicious dinner at RSI. Greeter super elegant, classy and kind. Service very good. Food really tasty with beautiful presentation. Ambience elegant…old world meet modern. Our new go to place for an elegant fine dining evening out with friends.

Meals were not brought out together. Spare ribs were luke warm. Salmon was flavorless. Chocolate cake was mediocre. Bill brought out before we were asked for coffee and dessert. We had expected a finely prepared, professionally presented meal and were greatly disappointed. Waiter was nice, but very inexperienced.

We had a very pleasant experience on Mother's Day at the Inn. While we felt that the service could've been more attentive and the food could've been a much better value, we were also paying for the ambiance, and that did not disappoint. Overall, while this wasn't an amazing experience, we had a very fine time, and we might even return (on a non-holiday).

Disappointing experience. Meal was mediocre relative to what we expected. Service extremely slow as we were deprioritized relative to the on-premise wedding. Wait staff genuinely tried hard but management didn’t give them sufficient resources to manage. No apologies offered and front staff didn’t have the decency to at least thank us for coming, when we left. For the price of the evening, I can find many other better options.
