It was our Anniversary dinner, and we were blown away by everything and everyone! Our server, Kat, was fantastic and made us feel so comfortable. We can not say enough about Rodney's, a new anniversary tradition was born December 2nd, 2023!

We dined at Rodney’s to celebrate my wife’s birthday. When making the reservation, I chose that we were celebrating a birthday and when we arrived there was a birthday card from the staff. That was a really nice touch! The atmosphere was very intimate and comfortable. Our server , Kat, was amazing and very informative about the menu and specials. Rodney visited our table and asked if everything was going well with our meal, which made us feel very welcomed. This is overall a great operation, and we will be visiting often!

Truly unbelievable dining experience! We had the sea bass, smoked salmon and lamb chops. Everything was OUTSTANDING! Our server Stacy took amazing care of us and after dinner we had a drink at the bar, met the chef and had a great time talking about bourbon with the bartender Erica. From start to finish this was a perfect dining experience!

We had reservations but ended up sitting at the bar. It was a wonderful experience. Erica, the bartender was lovely. She gave excellent recommendations and took very good care of us despite being rather busy. We had the short ribs and steaks. The food was unbelievable and the bourbon selection is unique and quite impressive. We will be back again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

When we made our reservation, we mentioned it was our Anniversay. Rodney’s had an anniversary card waiting on our table & even brought our dessert with “Happy Anniversary” written in caramel sauce on the plates! Our waitress was phenominal, the food was amazing, can’t say enough good about Rodney’s. It is definitely the place to go for special occasions!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The Sturgeon and Scallops was phenomenal as was my dates filet. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. We started the dinner out with the shrimp cocktail and ended with the crème brûlée. I read other reviews complaining about prices and all I can say is those folks obviously haven’t been to the grocery store or any other restaurants lately because food is expensive. All of that being said I felt the dinner was very reasonably priced for the amount of food we received considering the high quality and care put into the preparation. We enjoyed everything so much we made reservations for several other nights during our stay in the area. I’d like to also add that the service was OUTSTANDING and we were overly impressed with the extensive wine list and specialty cocktail list. I am so excited to come back and try everything!!! I highly recommend the English Garden and the O’Snap cocktails and for wine we had a lovely bottle of Hess Cabernet. I can’t say enough great things about Rodney’s! Y’all are awesome!

The service was very friendly but failed to mention the price of a very expensive entree special. ($70!!) it was a John Dory fish dish that was overcooked and soaking in a split butter sauce covered in some sort of hollandaise. It was terrible. I wouldn’t have cared as much if the price had been disclosed during the telling of the specials or if it had been exceptional but it just felt like highway robbery.

My husband and I had reservations but we opted to eat at the bar instead as that's our preference. Elizabeth, our bartender and server was wonderful. Great wine and cocktail selections. I thoroughly enjoyed the lamb chops and my husband had the diver scallops which he said were wonderful. Dessert was salted caramel cheesecake, you could tell the caramel was housemade. Absolutely delicious. We were in the area visiting and will definitely return when we're back this way.

As with past experiences at Rodney's, the food and service were excellent, and the lovely setting is always appreciated. Since our reservation was for 5:30, it was very quiet when we arrived, but as more diners arrived, the noise had increased to an unpleasant level by the time we departed. I am always so pleased and proud, though, that Rodney's provides Georgetown with a decidedly upscale dining experience unequaled by any other restaurant in the city.

We are regulars. We love the staff...Julie, Stacy, Nikki...But last night was SHOCKING! $70!!! even for a red snapper filet over grits "Special" was too much. We KNOW fish. This was our first time and we were excited because Rodney's was so well reviewed and recommended to us. We were a little disappointed. First, the good: the restaurant is lovely and the staff was wonderful -- attentive and pleasant. The food didn't really deliver though. I had the salmon and it was overcooked; I had to scrape it off the cedar plank. My wife had the filet and it was fairly average. Definitely doesn't compare to Tony's or Jeff Ruby's filet. We both had the mashed potatoes and they were pretty bland. Needed seasoning. The desserts were the highlight. I had the cheesecake and it was excellent; my wife had the chocolate cake and it was yummy (and massive). We brought half of it home. We may have just caught them on a bad night. We'll try them again sometime.

The service was Excellent! Quality of the food was fair. Prime rib, overcooked and way too salty! Portions were small to average for the cost. Nothing we had was overwhelming but maybe the cheesecake. Again, not much for the cost. We enjoyed the place and the service. Probably would not consider returning.

Rodney's on Broadway was sublime! The house was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. I wanted an outstanding dining experience for my Husband's milestone birthday. They had a Birthday card for him at the table and even drizzled “60” with balsamic vinegar in the olive oil they brought to the table for bread dipping. Our server Stacy was nothing short of amazing and although I did not get her name, the hostess was equally fabulous, making certain our glasses were always full and we were always attended to. On a side note, even though we had Birthday cake at home, we could not resist the carrot cake with Chef Rodney’s caramel sauce that was so highly recommended by both our server and hostess (Served with a candle and the Happy Birthday song!). I’m glad we didn’t pass on this delicious piece of art. As if our experience wasn’t incredible enough, Chef Rodney came out to speak with us about our meal and wish my Husband a happy birthday. Rodney's on Broadway gets our highest recommendation. It was an outstanding experience.

The best restaurant in Lexington isn't actually in Lexington. Rodney's on Broadway is in Georgetown and has always been nothing short of superb! Each time we've dined there it has been wonderful. Rodney knows what he's doing and always has something new and exciting. Cannot recommend it enough!

I’ve lived in Lex for 2 years and eaten at all the best restaurants - and Rodney’s is simply the best. Hands down. If there is a better dish than their duck dish, I haven’t had it. I love duck and I judge restaurants by how well they make it, because it’s difficult to make right. Chef Rodney makes the best duck anywhere. But let me add, everything else is also outstanding. The steaks are magnificent. Rodney is a culinary savant. Enjoy.
