We celebrated my husbands birthday on our first visit. The server was great. Very laid back and down to earth. We did not feel rushed. The food was excellent. Will be visiting again for sure
Steak was great, service was as well. Booked through open table for anniversary and the restaurant had complimentary champagne and dessert for us!
Always our go-to spot for special occasions. Everything we ordered was fantastic.
Fantastic service. Excellent food. Cozy ambiance.
I’ve eaten at many local steak houses. This was by far the most disappointing. The food was mediocre and for the price it made it extremely disappointing. We ordered appetizers sides and desserts. Nothing was very good. Glad I tried it. The atmosphere and service were fine. Food was very bland. Spend $250 for a meal that was subpar
Great service. Quiet, elegant atmosphere. Lived the filet and sea bass special
Delicious! Filet mignon was one of the best I’ve ever had!
Service was spectacular from entering the front doors, during the meal, until departure. Gaston was awesome! Great staff. Food was good. Great value!
This is place to go if you want a quiet, intimate, romantic dinner. Food was amazing, waiter was top of the line, knew his wines and the dishes.
We celebrated an anniversary this evening. The table by the windows, the service by John and the food and drink were outstanding. We appreciated the quiet ambiance of the room. Thank you for a wonderful evening By the way the Colorado lamb rack was terrifice as was the carrot cake, made in house, dessert.
Food was good, but overpriced. My steak didn’t come out as I ordered and they brought it back with a cold piece of blue cheese on the top. I had a gift card, but wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to return. Waiter was nice, but didn’t seem eager to linger longer than necessary and it wasn’t busy.
Joshua our server made the night. The food was delicious! You’ll die fir this place! 🙂
My overall experience was good. However, ordered the rib eye medium rare, and it was served medium well. By the time the server checked on us, my clients were close to finishing, so there was no time for replacing. Also, the grilled octopus was excellent, but served without serving utensils, so impossible to share. I don't mind pricey as long as the meal is excellent. $60 for a dry, overcooked rib eye is not acceptable. I will be back, so better luck next time!
The food was not seasoned properly......disappointed
Sat at the bar before dinner. Nice service and drinks at bar. We were sat for dinner in a back room. The ambience was a bit off. We were seated next to an area where extra chairs and tables were stored. The other rooms had weird chair and table set ups. Like a table with a booth chair and a small wood chair. The service from our waiter was great. Ordered a ribeye medium and it came out medium rare, almost rare. They split the steak for my wife and I so I'm not sure how they didn't see the steak was not medium. Prices were on par with Eddie V's. The carrot cake was very dry.
Excellent food, though I was a bit surprised that they didn't have hot bread as a starter. Typically establishments such as this don't usually miss that nice detail. We didn't do an appetizer but instead decided to save our appetite for the main course. The filet I had was excellent and was cooked exactly how I wanted it. The pork chop was huge and was also excellent and cooked perfectly.
Had a lovely meal to celebrate my partners birthday. The lobster bisque and pork belly were out of this world, and for dessert you must have the key lime pie. very different!
From the moment we walked in the door, everything was awesome
Thank you to Rococo and the staff and our server, Daniel. It was a lovely dinner celebrating our anniversary.
We had an excellent dinner at Rococco's. The ambience was comfortable and pleasant. Our server, John, was professional, courteous and very respectful of our wish to dine slowly. Our filet mignons were perfectly done and extremely tender. John mentioned that the restaurant had a new meat provider and it certainly showed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We will be back!
Great experience! The filet and ribeye were so tender, seasoned and cooked perfectly! Mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were delicious. Our server Danny was awesome as well! Best meal we had in St Pete during our vacation =)
Delicious food and fantastic service! We celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Rococo’s and will absolutely return. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly! So tender and just about falling off the bone. My grass fed filet was mouth watering and cooked to perfection. The wine selection is fantastic and for the quality of everything we were also impressed with the prices. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!
This is my wife's favorite restaurant in St Petersburg, FL. We are moving to NC tomorrow and this is the place she chose for our last meal here. Bon voyage!
The staff is wonderful. They seem to enjoy their job and they make you feel like they are happy you are there. The food was wonderful.
We had a great time! The sea bass was delicious!
Very attentive staff, good explanation of meals served with decent recommendations.
I’ve eaten at pretty much every notable restaurant in the Tampa/st Pete area and this took the cake hands down. I can honestly say this was the best food I’ve ever eaten.
Rococo > Berns
Rococo > Ocean Prime
Rococo > Malios
Rococo > Capitol Grille
Eat here and you will not be disappointed.
Also the Espresso Old Fashioned will change your life. You will have cold sweat dreams about it where it calls out to you....”you know you want to come have me again”.....”there’s no one else like me” it says. When you wake up, all you’ll be thinking about is that sweet sweet coffee ground and sugar rim.
Our waiter Sean was amazing and the food was great! We were here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! The lobster bisque and the key lime pie were my favorites!!
The Staff is very professional and the Crab cakes and the cod are amazing.
Great anniversary dinner. Dining was not too loud even when more tables were sat near us. Food was great and service was great.
It was excellent. It was our 30th anniversary. I wish it would have been a bit quieter but that would be my only complaint. We were sat in a room with 4 four people tables, 1 booth for 4, and a table of 8. The table of 8 was loud and clearly there to have a good time which didn’t match our quiet romantic evening. I believe the other 4 people tables were upset also. They may want to think about placing the larger groups in one room because they have several sitting rooms for tables. Just my opinion. It was our first visit to the restaurant.
The ambience, service and food was spot on. The only thing we didn’t like was the key lime pie. It was mounted on the top of a chocolate cookie, but the taste was not good at all, and smelled like eggs. Everything else was perfect.
Service was excellent . The Filet was ordered medium and it was served medium rare . The steak was chewy .
Great experience. The whole staff did a fantastic job. Food was excellent.
Decent atmosphere, but greasy apps and everything way too salty. Good filet mignon.
We made the reservation through Open Table one month ago. The reservation defaulted to outdoor dining. When we got to the restaurant we saw the outdoor dining consisted of a barren porch with cheesy table and chairs. Can you imagine spending $ 200 for an afterthought dining experience? We declined the table and asked to be seated inside. There were no other tables available. It was beyond frustrating that we couldn’t be accommodated. Don’t ever book outdoor dining at this restaurant. Open Table should remove outdoor dining from reservation options.
John & the crew did a great job.
Me and my girlfriend loved it, the only problems we had was the sides are a bit small and none of the steaks come with sides.
We had a nice dinner. Fried Calamari was nice with peppers. Watermelon salad was just a salad with watermelon on it so nothing unique. Wedge salad recommended. Ordered 8 oz filets but seemed a little overpriced for size. Lobster Mac and Cheese is just pasta sprinkled with some lobster. Skip it. Great service.
Aaron our server made our first trip to the steak house absolutely lovely. The lamb was delicious and the wine that was recommended to pair was perfect. The NY strip is best served rare, all around a very good choice. Order the watermelon spritz for your cocktail and ask for Aaron!
