Great, great, great... Went to celebrate my wife's 60th Birthday and we had a fantastic time. It was an evening filled with lively fun from the beginning to the end. Wonderful staffing, everyone was friendly and very good at focusing on details. The staff really knows how to wow their guess. The food was good from the first cocktail to the drinks and the desert. And the entertainment was exhilarating! My wife was so pleased that she began telling her internet family and friends about it while we were driving back to the hotel. Well worth the cost. Thanks for the wonderful memories that helped to make her 60th Birthday Celebration one to cherish.

The Stageside dining was actually a lot of fun. The servers and staff were warm and welcoming. We were sat right near the stage and had a great view. I'd highly recommend trying this package over the regular seating! The show was much more entertaining than the luau we went to.

Sorry! The dinner, show and management need a lot of work. All staff need a lot more training. Totally disorganized. It's the amateur hour. The steak and truffle mashed potatoes were really good, but could have been better if served hot. The cold half lobster would have been better if it was shelled. It was too messy and difficult to eat. We felt really sorry for the performers. Elvis and Michael Jackson were pretty good. Get rid of Katie Perry. Work on better dance routine. The best performer was the fire dance performer.

The meal was acceptable but overpriced and I won't call it gourmet. The show was not as spectacular as expected and the Hawaiian flair was lost. The initial information visible on OPEN TABLE is misleading. I was expecting a private room / private meeting with stars a free photo. This was only available for additional money. The service was slow, but servers were very friendly and nice. My one free campaign was awful, trying to get a paid one took until I was done with the desert. Servers had no time to pay attention, not what would be expected. The hot "Kona Coffee" had a temperature between cold brew and luke warm. The minute I booked it I received a phone call demanding my credit card in full and no refunds. I found this very pushy. For the record, my job takes me to resort cities around the globe, and I attended hundreds of events, luxury "attraction". I dine more in 5-star, stay more in 5-star resorts than enjoying home cooked food. This was a New Year Dinner with a special person while at home. ( I reside in Hawaii) When I checked OPEN TABLE it was the only spot available New Years, except for some secondary coffee shops. So there weren't a lot of choices. I did not really go for the show, more for the dinner.
