The Roaring Fork offers bold American wood-fire cooking with fine dining atmosphere. We serve dinner nightly starting at 5pm and Happy Hour daily from 4pm - 6pm in our bar and lounge area only. Sorry, no reservations for Happy Hour. Our bar and lounge is always open seating. Reservations are always recommended for dinner. Thank you for your interest and we hope to serve you soon.

    Overall the food was really good. We each enjoyed our plates. The service was horrible. Our waiter disappeared multiple times. We had to get someone else so we could pay the check. It was my son’s 21st birthday and the waiter did absolutely nothing. Disappointing experience.

    Skip this spot. My family ordered and was served while I waited - they were finished eating before my meal arrived (on Mother's Day no less). Terrible service.

    We had our son’s graduation dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious (just so you know, I looked up from my plate because everyone was quietly eating and savoring their meal! Beautiful sight! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the skillet appetizer was spot on with the agave butter! 😋 And thanks to our wonderful waiter we ended the night with an old fashion and celebratory grad dessert! We will definitely be back! 🎉🎉🤘🏼

    Get the trout! Crisp skin and well cooked. Festive spot, lots of big tables celebrating. It’s a fun place. Great for after Paramount show, if you sneak out a bit early as they close at 10.
