Rivers Restaurant, located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, offers fine dining on the roaring Fork. The restaurant focuses on serving fine game, beef and seafood. You can also enjoy many options on the gluten-free menu at River Restaurant if your diet requires it. Early bird specials are available each day. These consist of three courses, one of which is dessert. There is also occasional live music available on some nights.

If you are coming in for dinner at Rivers Restaurant, you can enjoy appetizers like Colorado lamb meatballs, flash fried calamari and corn chowder. A popular entr�e is the blacked pork loin with caramelized apples. A great way to end the evening is to try the Trinity cream trio, with chocolate, lavender and pistachio.

we are from out of town, but visited G.SP. for years. First time at this restaurant. It was my hubbies 80th birthday, and he got a free piece of pie and ice cream. This will be a nice memory for a long time and if and when we make it back, we will visit again Our waitress was great and the food was very good , only thing was it was pretty pricey for us simple folk.

Great! Everything was outstanding. Our party of six was late for our reservation because we got lost but the staff handled the situation with a smile! Food was wonderful!

Our family from Texas thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, & we appreciate your efforts at making our evening special. Thank you also for the complimentary dessert for the "birthday boy", our son-in-law!

We had previewed the menu prior to our arrival (6pm reservation) and were pleasantly surprised to have a Prix Fixe option which included the entrees we wanted. The food was of good quality and great value. The interior and views from the deck were wonderful.

Rivers Restaurant has a wonderful patio atmosphere. The food was good; my family enjoyed their choices, however, my pasta dish did not have as much flavor as I would have liked. I was there for my birthday and had requested a table outside by the river a week prior. Sadly, when we arrived they asked where we wanted to sit which meant they never reserved our table outside and it was not sitting next to the river view. In addition, their menu states 18% gratuity is added on for parties 6 or more. Sadly again they added 20% automatically. a couple of extra bucks is not a big deal; however, they should honor what they put on the menu. I am sure we would have paid 20% or even more with no reservations...it's the principle of the matter.

We had a great meal. Prices were reasonable. However the staff was efficient but not friendly. Seemed really stressed. Smiles and interaction mean a lot. Still, the food was good and it was great to be on the deck watching the river. We will try again.

If a view is what you seek along with great food and fine service then Rivers should be on your list of places to check out while in Glenwood Springs. A little ways out of the hustle and bustle of the old historic downtown makes this place a gem.
