As usual, the food was great and the service excellent. If you eat there be sure to ask for Chip, he is outstanding. The 2-for-1 special, available for certain entrees in the early evenings Monday through Thursday make it an outstanding value as well.
Too slow service in the beginning. Waited 15 min to get the first drink but after that service was ok

Disgusting. Shrimp cocktail was spoiled. Steaks were full of tendon and grissle. They had a salad bar which when I saw this I should have left. And the so called steakhouse is located in a hotel another clue. $160 for 3 of us. My so called prime strip was $40 dollars This place is nothing more than a Western Sizzler except prices are 3x higher. Don’t go here. The good reviews were either employees or someone that has never been to a decent high level steakhouse.

We had a party of 15 to celebrate my Daughter-in-laws Birthday. Donnie and the staff was outstanding. Service, food and overall atmosphere was great! We will come again.
This was absolutely, by far and away the best steak I have ever eaten! I have talked for two days about the salt/pepper crust and the tenderness! Salad bar was awesome. You actually don’t need anything else, but the salad bar and your steak! I will definitely go back if I’m ever in Little Rock again!
Good service. We had a large group so that could be why my filet was cold. Otherwise, all was good. Nice live music.
My husband and I took some friends of ours there who had never been there before. The steaks were perfect and they couldn’t believe the salad bar. Chip was our waiter and did an excellent job. Donnie came by to ask if everything was ok and as always it was perfect.

We had an okay experience at Riverfront Dining. We ate dinner there because it is close to Verizon Arena and we were attending an event there afterwards. The restaurant was crowded with other people attending the same event and so this may have impacted our experience. We were given a limited menu upon being seated and didn’t realize that there was a more extensive menu available until after we had ordered. Our server was friendly but seemed overwhelmed , which may explain why she didn’t offer us the more extensive menu. The steaks there are served a la carte, but you do get a choice of soup or salad bar to accompany the steaks. I chose the daily soup as the salad bar, while very large, didn’t appeal to me. The soup, beef minestrone, was flavorful but was almost entirely broth - it had very few pieces of meat or veggies and no pasta at all. My filet mignon was tasty, arrived medium rare as requested and had a nice peppercorn crust. I did, however, bite into a piece or two of gristle, disappointing because of the relatively high price of the steak. The atmosphere was of a classic steakhouse from the 1980s - the decor was not fancy but comfortable and the atmosphere was laid back and cheerful. I would go back another time when the restaurant is less busy to see if the food is better when it is less slammed.

We do offer only a limited menu on concert nights as we have to eliminate options that are too time consuming for our kitchen in order to serve such a large volume of guest in such a limited time. I do want to apologize that the soup was not to your liking and there was some gristle in your filet. I can assure you this is not normal. We do hope you will come see us on a night other than a concert night so you can experience our full menu.
I actually ate at Riverfront Steakhouse twice in one week, once with some of my employees (they always pick Riverfront) and two days later with my kids before a concert. Both meals were very good and the service is great. I normally wouldn't eat at the same restaurant twice in a week or even a month but it wasn't a problem with Riverfront. When you consider the food, the service and the value it is hard to beat.

Our server somewhat lacked the social skills required to connect with a customer. This is not something he probably should be doing. It definitely put a damper on our evening. Sorry but this stood out for all 4 of us and a comment needed to be made. Otherwise a great experience.

Excellant service. Steaks were not cooked as ordered. One was ordered medium well and it was served medium rare. Others were ordered medium and they were all medium well. Wonderful salad bar. Not worth what we paid.

Lotta meat for your money. I was disappointed that sides were ala cart and you had to have soup or salad bar.
Kensington club steak was the best steak that I have had in some time, The steak was tender and cooked to a perfect medium as requested. Mr. Chip, our waiter, was excellent and made sure our food was prepared properly and served promptly. The salad bar continues to be the best value in town, with all items being fresh and tasty. The support staff kept our drinks filled and were very accommodating. Also, Mr. Donnie, the Maitre'D, made sure our table was ready and waiting at our reservation time.
Jacob, our waiter, and all personnel were fabulous!!!
While this is normally my favorite place to eat, I was VERY disappointed this time. It took forever for our waitress to even bring us drinks. We were over in a corner and felt like we were forgotten about. Bread usually comes out before the meal but came with the meal. My steak, which usuly tastes perfect and season expertly, takted line a salt block with a hint if vinegar. Knowing we were pressed for time and service was incredibly slow, we didn't send the steaks back nor speak to management down. We just scraped the top off and ate. I hope this is not what the future holds here. It is normally spot on.

We have enjoyed many dinners at Riverfront Steakhouse, a few before concerts. On Thursday we ate dinner before the Kiss concert and our experience was less than stellar. I always leave feeling whatever the price of the meal it was well worth it. Last night that was not the case. Part of paying over $100 for dinner for two is the experience last nights was not $100 plus experience. We waited 10 min on our first drinks Before 6 o’clock was told that they were out of baked potatoes, which was puzzling because of the time of day. We never received any bread when I asked our waitress for some she said oh I think we may be out, never confirmed or apologized for being out of bread. Again this was before 6 so very odd on a night that they know they will be busy they run out of bread and potatoes before 6. When we did receive our food the carrots and rice were lukewarm at best. The steak was good as usual and was the only saving grace of the whole meal. I decided to order another drink yet a longer wait time. For the first time ever we left very disappointed and did not feel like we got the service or food we deserved considering the price of the meal. I hope it was a one time occurrence.

Got sat, napkin was dirty, waited over 20 minutes for waiter to return after bringing drinks to take our order. Steaks were warmish. Shrimp cocktail, mushrooms, and potato were all very good.

Such a nice place to dine before or after an event at Verizon Arena. Good martini, wonderful salad bar, attentive service. This last time we had the walleye instead of a steak. It was a small portion for the price (but that's okay considering we need to be mindful of sustainable issues) but was simply and perfectly prepared and cooked, as fish should be!
We had a party of 8 and we were all disappointed in the food. I had the filet which was very good but the lobster tail was over seasoned/salted and I could not eat it (who seasons lobster 🤷♀️) The rest of the party all had a special ribeye (bone removed) and it was very tough and really didn’t even look or taste like a ribeye. The salad bar was good but with the amount of money we paid we expected a good steak and lobster too.

Our anniversary...requested to have something on the table to say that but it didn’t. Food was good like always, and service was ok. Drinks were really good as well.
On an anniversary date and we switched a dinner order to the Gulf shrimp...best decision ever. Those shrimp were the real deal. I felt like a fisherman eating shrimp that size, matter of fact these were colossal prawns. Worth every dollars and fried perfectly!!
