Server was friendly and attentive. The ordering system went down when we were getting ready to leave. We had to wait for a little bit (which was fine). He checked in with us regularly and eventually they had to manually check us out using carbon copy credit slips. He felt bad for making us wait- but I have worked somewhere where that happened. I think he handled it well and made sure we were OK. Food was delicious as always- best salsa ever!

Rio continues to provide outstanding customer service, super friendly servers (prefer to call them friends as we know almost all of them!), food, and drinks. Thank you for managing to keep the restaurant open and safe.

We go to the Rio every weekend. The service is almost always spectacular and the food is great. The margs are out of this world. We have been going to the Rio for the past 17 years!
Specifically made a reservation for the outside patio & confirmed this before arriving. When we got there, we were told they were no longer seating on the patio due to weather. Which would have been understandable if the patio was uncovered, which is wasn’t. And there were 4 full tables seated out there currently anyways. We were willing to sit outside despite the weather but were repeatedly told no for various fleeting reasons. I understand that this pandemic has caused a huge adjustment in how restaurants operate but they could also strive to be flexible with guests who do not feel comfortable sitting inside.
Hi Mickers, unfortunately our covered patio has hail damage and if it starts raining, it will not keep you dry. Due to spacing restrictions, we would not have been able to move you inside with the reservations we already have on the books if it started raining. This is why we stopped seating the patio at that time. I am sorry that was not communicated to you in a clear way. I thank you for your feedback and understanding. Please ask for a manager next time and we can assist with any concerns.
Wonderful as always. We miss the Frisco location, but when in Denver we always stop here.
I absolutely love their guacamole tostada and my husbands favorite is the Chile Relleno.
The food was good, service was good, I do miss not having ground beef as an option.
The reservation process was so smooth. We showed up and immediately shown to our table, even though there was a wait. Our server was amazing and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience.
Our order was wrong and it was not adjusted in the bill. Very over priced and just not the same quality as the Denver or Boulder locations.
Received a gift card and was excited to try out Rio Grande in the Lonetree location. Ordered chicken fajitas and 3 tacos. All food was served just barely warm and did not taste like it was prepared fresh. Very disappointing- especially considering the price point. We were glad that we had a gift card to use and considered it a “free meal”.
Very clean especially with all the new Covid-19 rules. Food was delicious and came out fast. Margaritas are always amazing as well.
This wawas the best meal I have ever had at the Rio! It was so much fun to go out again. The only thing that wasn't their fault was the wind. We sat in the outside. They had blinds down but they banged quite loudly. And often. I would have asked to be moved, but I didn't want to cause a problem. They were so nice.

Came in and was seated right away despite many others waiting.
When seating a table of 4, please place 4 water glasses, not just 2. Our server took 2 away, when clearly there were 4 of us. Food value was ok
The food was not as good as usual. It’s a fun place but I’d like to see more focus on the food - even during busy times.

We received the receipt which was correct. When I got the credit card slip I was charged a different amount by several dollars. Lucky for me I remembered the first amount and questioned the credit card invoice.
It was delicious and the drinks were good too!!
