    Normally, I have a great experience at this restaurant but tonight missed the mark. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get our entrées. The waiter said the kitchen was backed up with large parties and there was chaos with the orders. The food was subpar as they’ve changed their menu recently and we had to remind our waiter that we were missing one of our side dishes. We waited another 10 minutes to get that.  i’ll give it another chance because maybe tonight was just an off night and hopefully the kitchen will get things straightened out.

    For my wife’s birthday, I wanted to take her somewhere local and still have a great customer experience and food. This was our first time trying Rick Erwin’s and it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again. As we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and through the dining experience employees would visit and ask how everything was going with a smile. Our server was Shannon/Shanna (forgive me on spelling) but she was great! Made us feel welcomed and created a good birthday experience for my wife sharing the best options on the menu and breaking down each item to help us select our meal for the evening. Additionally, she took some pictures for us as we headed out by the Christmas tree, thank you for making our experience memorable. We will be bask and I would suggest to anyone!

    We had a wonderful dining experience as always at Rick Erwins. I had the grilled lamb chops and my husband had the surf & turf of filet and crab cake. Prices at steak houses are usually a little pricier but the food is excellent. Our server Shannon was also outstanding. This is a place we save for special occasions and out of town guests.

    The food was delicious and the service was efficient and friendly as always. Highly recommend Ric’s on the Eastside - great atmosphere and superb food.

    Our waitress was horrible. She never came to refill my drinks and when pouring wine in my glass cup, she spilled it all over the glass and made a mess on the table we were about to eat on. Didn’t leave me with an appetite after I saw that worse off she never came or asked to clean our table after she spilled the wine. Horrible service. I go here with my friend weekly just because it’s close by and the food is somewhat decent but was very disappointed with the service!

    My wife and I always go to Rick Erwin’s east side location. It’s our favorite restaurant. Whitt , our waiter was fantastic. He was very cordial and friendly. I will ask for him again. Overall experience was extremely satisfactory. Great restaurant.

    Had a fantastic anniversary dinner. Food, wine and service were top notch. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.
