   Julian Serrano Tapas has become one of my favorite go to places when we stay at Aria. I love the small plates as it allows us the opportunity to try a variety of foods.

   We sat at the bar and it was an outstanding experience. Bar staff was very attentive without being intrusive. Full menu service. Suckling Pig was the highlight along with the best churros north of Mexico.

   Fantastic meal. Exceeded expectations. Seafood paella was tops. Head on shrimp appetizer also delicious. Calamari is crowd pleaser. Enjoyed many other dishes. Well priced considering it’s Vegas. We would run back. Shout out to Adrian for great service.

    The service was excellent. The food was good, nothing spectacular but not bad either. The cheese board was underwhelming in its accoutrements. The price was not too bad for vegas. The large chairs were a nice touch. We had shishitos, Gambas Al ajillo, cheese board, Spanish tortilla and patatas bravas.

    Excellent food and service. Atmosphere was fair as we had a high table that bordered common area outside the restaurant. A half wall with clear glass at top did little to make us feel we weren’t part of the crowd passing by. Or on display to the crowds. After we were seated, two long tables arrived and were seated right next to us. They were on a Vegas food tour. They were crowded right up against us and the server loudly detailed the drink and food items each time they were brought to the table (basically low level shouting so entire table could hear which was very disruptive to our experience). At the point we realized he would be doing this more than once we really would’ve preferred a different table (restaurant wasn’t full) but we were already into our tapas. We would not sit in that area of restaurant next time… felt like we were eating in a mall food court. We would return for the shrimp, the chorizo, the potatoes in chili sauce, spring green salad and the chicken on puréed garlic with peppers. (I don’t have access do menu atm for the dish names.)

    FYI - There menu in restaurant does not show the vegan options, however their online menu does have it. The vegan Panag curry was simply out of the world!

    Dinner at Serrano was my best meal of the trip this to Vegas. Great food, low-key, friendly service, and an affordable selection of table wines made for a great experience. I'll definitely add Serrano to my list of 'don't miss' dining options in Vegas!

    We dined here before a show. Our reservation got us a preferred table in the quiet area. Our waiter was excellent. We ordered some of his suggestions and thoroughly enjoyed sharing ceviche, steak and shrimp and the tuna cones. Also had a great bottle of Albariño and enjoyed dessert. Service was fast and the light dinner was just what we wanted.

    This place is amazing!! My wife and I came here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary & everything about this place was great!! The food is delicious and filling. Who knew tapas would be so filling! But we got a cheeseboard, the pulpo, chicken croquetas, bacon wrapped dates and the potatoes bravas. We couldn’t even finish the potatoes or the pulpo we got full so fast with just the dates, cheeseboard and the chicken croquetas! Everything was so good and the staff was so attentive and friendly!
