Benihana/ Las Colinas left me feeling truly embarrassed before my guest, some were first timers. The manager knowing Saturday's is extremely busy and only having one working toilet in the ladies restroom to accommodate all of the women is totally unacceptable. Not to mention the water coming from the two toilets that was out of order, had water all over the floor. The first thing you see upon opening bathroom door, your met with that disgusting site. Having a plumber on site, should've been top priority for the managers on duty. However, it was not. After I brought the over flow to an employees attention, no one was sent to mop up the access water. The women that entered the restroom were rolling their pant legs up to keep them dry.

.....we waited for over 20 minutes for our chef for a table of seven.....this was before soup and salad......however, the food was excellent.....

Horrible experience!! The service was incredibly slow and bad. We had to get up and find our waitress several times because she was MIA. The other people seated at our table got drunk and were cussing very loudly. The people working there clearly heard what was going on and did nothing. Every table around was annoyed. Over $300 for ok food, terrible service and horrible environment. Never again!!

After being regulars for a couple of years, we are done with Benihana Las Colinas. Last night June 18 was just TERRIBLE. First time I have to get up from my table and talk to the manager. I am not sure if the chef was new, but ALL THE FOOD WAS excessively salty and overcooked. The serving timing was completely off as my daughter was already eating her filet mignon and I was still waiting for mine. My plate just had onions and white rice. It was a busy night so the drinks also took A LONG time to arrive. You know when they are rushing you when they bring you the onion soup and the salad at the same time. They just want to kick you out of the door so they can go to the next reservation. The manager was understanding and he gave us a "discount": he didn't charge us for the food but kept the $100 charge for the alcohol. I honestly think he should have just said everything was on the house. The other guests at the table were also disappointed, not just us. We talked among ourselves so you can do your homework and research. Or at least have the decency to reach out to me like other restaurants do when they care about customer service.

They let us waiting for a long long time. I had to get up and ask for Service The waiter poor guy was very inexperienced They didn’t train him properly He didn’t even know what seaweed salad was And told me that they didn’t have it . I had to ask him to ask someone And of course they did have it. No Bueno .:(

The food was good. But the service was not good at all, we waited for 45 minutes for the chef to come out and no it was not busy at all, it was a Tuesday. Then the waiter took 20 minutes to bring our cards back when we were trying to pay.
