   We had a reservation for 5pm and weren’t seated until 6pm. All of our party was there at 5pm. What’s the point of having a reservation then? The manager offered for us to herd ourselves into an overcrowded lounge area and, when we declined, he said “fine, then block the bathroom.” Prices have substantially increased since the last time we came. If we were to come back, I would make a reservation for earlier knowing the wait time is at least an hour. However, we can’t afford the prices so we likely won’t return.

   Had a reservation and they were overbooked and we were sat 1.25 hours after reservation. Hibachi chef was great and waitress , but food was subpar quality of filet, lots of fat. Got order wrong.

   The overall experience was good and we enjoyed our server. Would definitely consider returning for future events in the near future.

   The food and entertainment were great. Benihana’s is always a lot of fun and this location did not disappoint

   I had such a great time at Benihana! The food and drinks were amazing — I had the plum wine, the Dragon Margarita (a must-try!), and we started with the crispy rice with tuna, which was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a full four-course meal featuring seafood, and the team even went above and beyond to customize a special vegetarian course for my friend, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. The service was friendly and attentive, and the chef made the experience fun and interactive. It was a memorable night with great food, great drinks, and even better hospitality. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend! Perfect for family, or just a night out with the girls. ♥️

   The quality of food is good but the atmosphere is very noisy and shabby.

   The food, the customer service, and the overall ambience was awesome. I really enjoyed it. This location is by far the best one in Houston. Chris was our waiter and he did an awesome job.

   Waited an Hour and 15 minutes for food to come out cold. Server was non existent. Forgot salads, rice and soups. Then another 40 minutes for food to be recooked. Still came out wrong. Ordered 6 course meals, never got apps, never got desert, barely got refills. Ended up being there over 2.5 hours and we didn’t even eat at the hibachi table. Worst dining experience in a very long time. We will be taking this place off of our list of places to eat.

    We had a table of 10 friends at Benihana‘s. We were treated really well by the support staff. The waiter and the cook were exceptional. It was a great night.
