Caden and Lauren were amazing. Caden (the chef) did a great job and connected with all the people at the table. Lauren, the server, took great care of us. She was also incredibly personable. Would come back and would request both of them.

We had a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. It took another 15 minutes for a server to come by. Our chef was not good. Other tables were entertained, but not us.

I waited a few days hoping to not be so frustrated leaving my review. Growing up, Benihana was the only Hibachi we went to and it was always a special treat. The experience, the food, everything was always fantastic and something we looked forward to. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament this weekend and talked some of our teammates into coming to enjoy it with us. Unfortunately, not only will we never be back, I can say with certainty these families will never go again either. The price is of course expensive, but we all know and expect that. Especially in 2025. The chicken was so dry and bland that even THREE lacrosse boys wouldn’t eat it and asked us to take them to target to get food after. Maybe my memory mistakes me but I always loved the veggies and the sauce, my favorite part. The veggies were laughable. I wish I would have taken a picture. Maybe 5 small bites of zucchini each and a half a cup or so of cooked onions. That was it. What happened to the broccoli and mushrooms and carrots. Steamed rice was included and you could upgrade to fried rice (typical hibachi experience) for about $7.50/person. Again, nothing special. Now the experience, aren’t they supposed to put on a show?! The tables next to us looked like they were still getting that but our guy barely talked to us, never made eye contact (in fact did everything he could to look over our heads or out the window most of the time). Responded rudely about sauces when we asked what they were and then basically tossed them to all of us, even the children. Yes he banged his spatula against the table loudly making a loud noise and that very end he did the onion train which was clapped for and appreciated but other than that he quickly cooked the food, made us feel unwelcome and a nuisance and then he left. When the other gentleman came over to ask how great the experience was we were quiet for a moment and he nodded and said, sounds great, thanks for coming here’s your check. Out of space to share mor

Love Benihana! Always go there for special occasions. However the prices have sky rocketed and almost have become unaffordable. Love the food, ambiance, service, but not the prices....

Haven’t been for maybe 20 years. It’s as delightful and quirky as ever. Fun watching the hibachi chef do his thing. Food is actually well-prepared and tasty. Atmosphere reminds me of my high school cafeteria. We’ll be back…In another 20 years.

I’ve been a loyal Benihana customer for years, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a steady decline in service—and my most recent visit was by far the most disappointing. Despite having a 7:45 PM reservation, we were not seated until 8:30. Once seated, we waited over 15 minutes before even being approached by a server to offer water. The chef appeared distracted, spending much of his time engaging with one party at the table, which resulted in my steak being overcooked. We didn’t leave until nearly 10:45 PM. I left feeling incredibly let down by an experience that used to be enjoyable and reliable. I truly hope the quality of service is addressed moving forward.

We had a good experience, except that we made reservations and they were really behind. It took almost an hour to be seated after our reservation time. I understand they were very busy otherwise great experience.
