Benihana ofrece una experiencia culinaria sin precedente. Los comensales se sientan por grupos en mesas compartidas, donde su chef personal realiza el antiguo arte del teppanyaki, rebanando, troceando y preparando una comida que entra por los ojos y deleita las papilas gustativas, ya sea un suculento filete, pollo tierno o delicioso marisco. We made reservations for 7:15 and didn’t get a table until 8:20. The air conditioning did not work in the building and we had to ask twice for a side of plain rice ordered for the kids. The staff really tried to do the best they could under the conditions but it was ridiculous to call it a reservation and have to wait that long. It was Fathers Day but allowing so many reservations to be booked together is poor planning on their part. The manager never came bay to apologize or offer anything. I am done with this site , pick a different restaurant or location.

I had supreme deluxe from specialty menu (most expensive), and my husband had chateaubrian set. We asked for medium cut and the meat came well done. The eggs is liquid, not fresh eggs. I still believe that hibachi should be done by a professional, not just a cook. This is the worst benihana I have ever been. Also, we love spicy food ( level 8/10), so we asked for spicy sauce on side and we came home with stomachache. Not coming back there!

We recently visited Benihana as a family of five and spent over $400 on our dinner. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Despite ordering premium meals, the food quality did not justify the high price. The ambiance also left much to be desired. We were surprised by the lack of dress code enforcement, as several diners were dressed in sleeveless undershirts and appeared unkempt—detracting from what should have been a more upscale dining experience. We will not be returning and would strongly recommend that the restaurant consider enforcing a basic dress code and ensuring the quality of their premium menu items reflects their price.

We go for the good food and a show. However, Mike was more like a private chef that said very little and zero entertainment. Our waiter was great.

I have been to Benihana in other parts of the country and this one was disappointing. Not sure that the chef knew totally what he was doing. Just wasn't worth what I paid for it.

They really need to attend to the restrooms more diligently! This is the second time we've been there that the wife said they were disgusting. We told the hostess, wonder if anything was done with them. This was early in the evening also.

So overpriced. Food was not good. We used to love coming here but it’s gotten more and more expensive and the quality has gone down
