   First off I love eating at Black Angus every chance I get. I have chosen this eating place over Ruth’s because cause of the value in price and for the amount of choices you can choose from. I recommend anyone who loves steak, ribs, fish or chicken to try Black Angus for any occasion! The OpenTable app is pretty good too. I didn’t expect to be put on a table that fits 8 people. My group was 7 and we fit very nicely. Our waiters and waitresses were very helpful a tip worth giving. Sign up earn rewards and you will be a lifetime customer like me!

   Emily, our server, was so fantastic. She is cheerful, efficient, and was so apologetic about them running out of cakes for our desserts. I guess Mother’s Day weekend must’ve wiped them out. But, she provided us with choices that were available. Sure a wonderful server!!!!!!

   Shout out to our server, who was very patient with our table. One of our group hadn't dined here before and another couldn't decide what to eat. Starting off with drink orders, he gave us plenty of time to decide and I was stoked when he mentioned Happy Hour. My Strawberry Lemon Drop was perfect today. We love the value of the Campfire Feast in general and with our party of 5, we definitely made it worth it, especiallycombined with the Rewards. For appetizers the sampler wheel was a great way for everyone to try different apps when we have a hard time choosing and we also got one of their tastiest staples, the spinach artichoke dip. The newer items on their Lunch menu are delicious. I had the Crab Wedge salad and the crab cake with crispy shrimp combo. Majority of our party had the prime rib, which was cooked to everyone's individual liking and flavored well. We also added some lobster tails to our meal because we know it's always prepared well and we were not disappointed today! While the carrot cake, creme brulee, and cowboy cookie were a wonderful way to end our meal. Our server was nice enough to add the candle with the cowboy cookie for our party's birthday surprise. Overall, everything was WONDERFUL and we plan on coming back again and again.

   I had originally booked for 12 people. Seeing that I couldn’t change the reservation online I set out to give the restaurant a call to change the reservation from 12-10. This took about 3 days for me to finally get someone on the phone. She confirmed that it was good to go for Mother’s Day. Upon arrival, I walked up ti the front desk to check in. The reservation wasn’t changed, causing frustration from the man up front. I understand it wasn’t my fault because I had spoke to an employee prior, but he just seemed angry about the arrangement. When we finally got seated, we were seated next to the kitchen. We definitely felt the draft of employees coming in and out of the kitchen. Our server was nice, but couldn’t name him due to lack of introduction. We had notice gnats flying around our food. Again it was probably because we were seated next to the kitchen. The seats were booths, but they were definitely not in the greatest shape. The back cushions were ripped up and it was multiple booths with the same issue. Our food was okay. Nothing stood out. But overall disappointing. I also understand that it was a full day for them especially because of Mother’s Day. But I don’t remember it being this bad since last year when my partner and I spent our Anniversary there. Hopefully it was a one time experience and everyone else had a better experience. I hate to say this but this might have been the last time we would book for dinner here.

   Enjoyed the food. Needed to ask for things that should have been provided without asking such as getting utensils and getting drinks refilled, and obtaining extra napkins.

   Great service. Most of the food was tasty but my prime rib came out at the wrong doneness.
