We always experience good food and good service when we go. This time we had our server named Damien… She was wonderful!

Totally underestimated this restaurant. Food was great. And fairly reasonable. Went with a friend. Plan to go back with my wife.

The real benefit to eating at the Wild Note is access to the BellyUp shows. The food is fine. The wine selection is quite good. But, IMHO, there are better restaurants in Solana Beach. It's really all about getting early entrance into the shows. The food isn't bad, it's just not the main show at Wild Note.

Very good service from waitress and staff. Tables were close together. Guy at next table talked so loud it was hard to converse at our table. Food was good and ample, and arrived with good timing.

Great way to enjoy some food before the show @ the Belly up Tavern. Helps you get in towards the head of the line, and their food is great.

Cant say enough good things about the staff. This was our 1st time until the restaurant ahead of seeing a band next door at Belly Up. The staff were great to us, made a special night out of the fact we were from Scotland, comped a desert and helped us get into the gig early enough to bag a table and chairs. Awesome!

Fancy free waitress plus good eats prior to a show. Can’t get any better than that. Great job Wild Note/Belly Up (as always).

We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and attended the Lady Blacksmith Mambazo concert next door at the Belly Up. The only disappoint aspect of dinner was the steak medallions were fought and too raw even thought the request that the steak be cooked medium. We won’t order those again. There service was good and my friend enjoyed her key lime pie desert for her birthday.

Great energetic neighborhood vibe, and a good meeting place. A little loud, but the American menu and courteous, helpful staff were excellent.
