                                        Maybe chef was just tired but the truffle chicken was way over cooked. Unfortunately made for a long night of stomach issues the rest of the night. Great service and ambience.

                                        We were seated a few minutes after we arrived and the place was packed even at 6:30 It took a while for our server to come to our table. He suggested this expensive cabernet for my husband and it was ok. My red wine was perfect. We ordered the garlic bread , Guiliana's chopped salad and the pasta bolognese. Everything was delicious but the bolognese was not as expected. We thought it would have more of a tomato sauce flavor. The portions were perfect.

                                        The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. It took an hour to receive our appetizers, and then we had to wait another hour and 30 minutes to order our main course. After giving our server our appetizers, we had to call down our server to order our food.

                                        I live in Washington DC and the experience here in Chicago at this RPM is just as good as the one in DC. We also went to RPM Seafood.

                                        Our sever was Rose. She was fantastic and described all of the different menu items. It was our first visit. She recommended several dishes and was enthusiastic and helpful.

                                        ALL food came out lukewarm, nothing was hot. Waiter informed us the Shrimp Diablo had a slight kick but was extremely spicy.

                                        Came for a birthday dinner with friends and will definitely be back. Jessica, our server was so sweet and attentive and offered multiple gluten free options for the guests that needed it. She even brought out gluten free sorbet with the birthday dessert. Food was outstanding and drinks to die for. Loved it and thank you for helping make a birthday dinner so very lovely!
