   The food was delicious, but the service was not great. Our server was so arrogant and had way too many tables to keep up with everyone's needs. I would not go back here again. The food was also overpriced for how much you got.

   My daughter has celiac disease and this is one of the only restaurants that has a dedicated gluten free menu. The waitress and manager both came to talk to her to assure her and make sure gluten was the only thing she was allergic to. The care taken was exemplary and so appreciated. It made a dinner out with the family so special because she felt like she didn't have to worry for once about cross contamination. Loved and will be going back.

   Our entire experience was great. Prob the only hitch was my wife having to ask for a refill, but that’s a very little thing considering the entire experience. We enjoy H&I’s and will be back.

   We dined at Harry and Izzy’s for Mother’s Day lunch after church. It was our first experience and it was 10/10. We made reservations in advance. I called the restaurant and they kindly told me exactly where to park and how to navigate getting to the restaurant. Lots of construction downtown right now. My family was seated immediately. Service and food were top notch. Bonus points for having a kids menu! We will be back.

   Dorian was an excellent server. He knew the menu backwards and forwards and his recommendations were honest and accurate. Food was everything you could hope for and the service was even better.

   Had 11:00am reservation on Mother’s Day and got seated immediately when we arrived. Had calamari app, which was amazing. Our main course was delayed due to a WiFi issue with the ordering system. We were one of the first ones seated and everyone around us got their food about 20-30 minutes before we did. Server apologized and gave us free bread for the extended wait. Wife ordered a 6oz Filet cooked to medium temp. Arrived drastically undercooked and had to send it back. Rest of the food in our party of 4 was great. Mistakes will be made and we’re not Karens, but wasn’t expecting these types of mistakes at a place where you’re gonna spend $80-100/person.

    Great experience for dinner tonight. I had the salmon, Husband had the Izzy style NY Strip. We also enjoyed the calamari app & shared brussel sprouts with our dinners. Everything was phenomenal, right down to the service. Jennifer Hood was exceptionally great at representing the restaurant and providing the best service. We enjoyed her humor and bubbly personality! I highly recommend all of the above!
