We arrived at 9:30 after watch a movie. We had a really nice evening overall, ambience, live music and the mains were delicious (we we were veggie so limited options ). My only minor issue was that we had 2 waiters serving us, I had requested a la carte option(because set menu had limited veggie options)but first waiter kept telling us we will be charged for per person set menu regardless of what we ordered, which wasn’t right as that was not stated when I booked and created unnecessary confusion as the second waiter was much more helpful and attentive and provided great service and billed us for what we ordered.

This is a great venue to celebrate and have a good time BUT, ensure you remember how many courses you have ordered and what is included before you get inside. The venue is very dark and loud, and the staff do not confirm what you have booked or reserved. I asked when we arrived for confirmation if we had reserved 2 or 3 courses and she did not know. I then asked if Prosecco was included and she said yes, when it came to paying the bill we were charged an extra £175 for Prosecco and she later denied saying anything!!! Food and music were great but don't con people, its not nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the food and music, but we're very sorry for the confusion regarding your booking and the charges. When booking online, guests are required to select the brunch menu; however, the system does not specify the number of courses or whether bottomless Prosecco has been chosen. As a result, our staff are not able to confirm these details upon arrival unless they are provided at the time of booking. On the day, a menu was provided at the table clearly stating that bottomless Prosecco carries an additional cost. Thanks again for your feedback, we’ll be reviewing how to make the booking process clearer. I hope your friend had a great hen celebration, and we’d love to welcome you back in the future.

Amazing RnB live band karaoke Bottomless prosecco Pure vibes Perfect for birthdays or just a group outing. Loved every minute. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding Host and band were amazing! Highly recommend.

I booked the r&b brunch for a friends birthday and was incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer service. The venue was clearly overbooked and understaffed. We waited an hour to be seated at our table which delayed things significantly. We then also were ignored throughout the evening as the staff were busy serving a larger group. We had to keep asking for our drinks to be topped up despite the fact that it’s a bottomless brunch - the staff should have been much more attentive. The music was very loud and they initially sat us at the worst table which was on the dance floor squashed into the people who were dancing, we then were moved to the back. There were clearly way too many tables and not enough servers. A truly terrible experience. The only positive was we got a small discount for the inconvenience.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience – Poorly Managed Venue I visited this venue last night with a friend to enjoy dinner and live entertainment — unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by poor management and staff inaction. We were seated at a table for two directly in front of the stage (second row), ordered our food, and were looking forward to the show. However, a hen party of around 30 women, whose table was off to the side of the stage, kept storming into the front area — directly in front of our table — to dance, jump around, and scream over the music. They were extremely drunk, knocking into us, knocking over our drinks while we were eating, and one even picked food off my plate and laughed about it. They slammed into our table repeatedly and blocked our view of the stage — we couldn’t see or hear the performers we had come to enjoy. I politely asked a staff member for help, only to be told, “What do you want me to do?” I responded, “Do your job,” but nothing was done. No one stepped in to manage the situation or set boundaries, and the entire evening was hijacked by one group, leaving the rest of us — paying customers — to suffer. We left shortly after finishing our food, having missed most of the show. Incredibly disappointing and poorly run. It’s unacceptable that one group was allowed to ruin the experience for everyone else. We won’t be returning.

Attended for a hen night and having not been here we were pleasantly surprised. I was aiming to find a space where we could eat and dance without having to traipse through London and that’s exactly what we got. The decor was great, the live music absolutely fantastic and all staff were amazing. With the music played at later hours a nice mix of current and past to suit most tastes. The food was okay - edible but certainly nothing spectacular so if you’re looking to visit specifically for food this isn’t your spot. But for an all over experience it’s great. And they make great cocktails.

Food was mediocre. Korean Fried chicken was dry. Paella was overcooked. Musican took breaks that were longer than the performance. Not worth the money.
