   Food was fresh, flavorful, and portions were generous for an all-you-can-eat spot. Unfortunately, service was lacking—no hostess at the podium for quite some time, and we waited despite having a reservation. Disappointed we couldn’t take home a few non-meat leftovers (polenta fries, a bread roll, and a piece of plantain), which were thrown out. Good food, but the experience could’ve been better.

   Had a great experience. One of the better Brazilian Steakhouses in the Orlando area. The meats were all seasoned and prepared well, and the salad bar had many wonderful tasty options.

   Serves was terrible. She never introduce her self to the table 2nd thing as soon as we sit at the table, she removed wine glasses without offering any bottle of wine. after that, I’ve asked for a wine list. She ended up bringing something totally different. Didn’t look like a wine menu. I did get up from the table and I went. I went back to the host desk grabbed the wine list. At the end of dinner, she disappeared. We waited for our check for over 30 minutes and other server ended up bringing our check. She was apologizing . I’ve been a customer from Fogo de Chao for so many years. This is my first terrible experience about a child and I’ll be taking consideration if I need to go back to that restaurant again .

   Originally planned to attend the bourbon & beef event but unlike before this wasn’t a sit down, relaxed evening. It was standing and was very loud, so we opted out for a regular dining room dinner. That was very good as usual with great service. But the bourbon event set up was unexpected and disappointing.

   Fui con mi hijo a cenar porque a el le encantan este tipo de restaurantes, la comida es buena, pero el servicio es bastante malo, los espaderos no pasan lo suficiente a las mesas, a tal grado que no probamos mas que 4 cortes diferentes. Pedimos piña asada y la trajeron casi hasta que habíamos acabado de cenar. Y definitivamente el costo no es bajo como para no tener por lo menos la opción de probar todos los cortes que ofrecen en el menú.

   I was entertaining high-level executives for work at a convention in town. The service was top-notch. Our waiter made an experience and he had lots of help as we had a very large group. My partner and I do a series of dinners all over the United States in this capacity. The food was excellent and high-quality and the entire evening was a success. I will come back next year in the same capacity and I will look forward to the same experience.

   We are locals. Overall a decent experience. Salad bar was a little lack luster compared to Texas de Brazil. Server had a good personality. It seemed you get overwhelmed from the start with them bringing meat to the table, but it was the almost the same meat over and over. Variety was lacking, especially for the cost. After the first 15-20 min, you barely saw anyone come around. We requested filet and more flank steak with multiple people, but it never came. It was after we paid the bill, the server inquired if we ever got it and when we said no, he went to speak with someone. They came out a few min later with a piece; however, it obviously would have been preferred while we were still eating our meals and before our table was cleared. Mist of what we did eat, was fairly good…just not sure if it would be worth returning anytime soon.

    Party of 2 got sat in a corner by the fire exit and we both knew right away that this was going to be a problem. We sat for a while in between them bringing meat options to the table despite having our card on green. Everytime fresh meat came out they went directly to larger groups and then we got the scraps that were left and everything was over cooked. Said something to our server and nothing changed. I'm not one to complain but you could clearly see that the larger groups were given priority.
