   The Caribbean Buffet on Sunday night was excellent. The Grouper with Plantains, Peppers and Onions was delicious. The Key Lime Pie and Cheesecake were yummy. The keyboard player was a plus.

   The food at Mangos was good - served buffet style this evening. Billed as Caribbean fare, I’d say that it was lite on the Caribbean flavors but choices were plentiful. The service was good and the steel drum entertainment was a nice touch. I’d also say that it probably wouldn’t rank highly as an extremely memorable experience. I do love the outdoor ambience overlooking the sea.

   My favorite restaurant of the vacation. Romantic atmosphere and very good food. I had the beef carpaccio and the lemon grouper, both were excellent. Wife had the snapper, which she like, but enjoyed more at Pelican Nest. Our waiter was very nice as was the hostess. You have the option of wind or no wind, they have a sunken dining area if you want to get away from the breeze. We took wind and enjoyed the views more. Reasonably priced for Aruba too.

    I've been coming to mangos for years and this time it was just bad. The main entree mahi was not fresh and the snapper was not very good and portion was small. It was just not as good as in past years. Also Kendall Jackson chardonnay should nit be $62 a bottle. Many restaurants in Aruba and I won't be back to mangos

    Our first time at mangos restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything was great. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. We will be back in September.

    I had to plead with the server to make sure he credited our opentable account. He said/did nothing about my note that it was our 20th anniversary. Service was incredibly slow.

    The ambiance was lovely. However, we waited for an hour for our food that was just ok. Small portions, not wonderful. The waitress was very good, but the food took much too long for fish and she kept saying the kitchen was busy, but the restaurant was not full. Desert lava cake was just ok, not outstanding.

    We made a last minute reservation and were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and all the staff cheerfully acknowledged us. The service, food and ambience was great. This is a good choice if you cant make it to the sister restaurant, Passion on the Beach. We'll be back next time!

    We were unable to dine at Mangos. They had limited staff (2 people that we could see in the whole restaurant) and we're enable to even greet us. We waited, with multiple other groups who had reservations, for over 20 minutes but no one was seated within that time. We spoke to people who had been seated prior to us arriving and they said there was no food being brought out. I believe they had a staff problem of epic proportions but they also did not communicate that to us nor did they reach out to cancel the reservations.

    Ate here on a Monday night. Was seated quickly at an outdoor table. Because the restaurant is part of a hotel, it was weird seeing into some people's rooms which overlooked the restaurant patio. The waiter Lucson was friendly. It took a while for him to come greet us and offer us menus .... think Island time .. would maybe bother some for slow service. The wine we ordered took a long time to come and then the waiter ended up breaking one of the glasses before putting it on the table. The food made up for it though. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was really good. Our mains - my sister ordered the grouper and almonds which was a very large portion. She thought it tasted great especially with the mango salsa. I had the snapper which was cooked to perfection. Very moist and the sauce flavourful. My husband ordered the special of the day which was wahoo fish served with 2 shrimp. When asked what the fish tasted like, the waiter said "fish". This fish was a white fish, very meaty but dry. Overall, had a good experience and the food was good value. Would probably come back here.

    We were coming to Mango’s for many years, often for French night”. This year food was noticeably worse: as example, thin piece of grouper was buried in thick layer of bread crumps (used to be almond crusted). Filet minion was just ok, but used to be really good. It is a pity because we really like the place.

    This is a very good restaurant with a spectacular sunset dinner scene; especially from the patio decking. The food is very good and the service attentive though it is not rushed. Dine here if you have an hour or more to dine in a relaxing setting.

    Nice outdoor seating. My snapper was a bit overcooked but flavorful with the lemon cream sauce. My husband enjoyed the Shrimp & Chicken combo. We finished with Tiramasu- tasty.

    Our 1st time at Mangos located at the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. Great wait staff and our meals were excellent. Afterwards go upstairs and visit Peter the bartender for a relaxing drink overlooking the ocean.
