   Celebration of my birthday - it was lovely to be able to have a nice dinner in the hotel. My husband had steak and fries and I enjoyed a seafood dish. Serving on the latter was a bit small.

   Our waitress was nice, but didn’t check on our food after it came out. My husband’s steak was undercooked, my mussels were lukewarm, we needed refills on our drinks. It was not busy at all. We sat by the window with a view of the mountains which was nice but directly outside were two rags sitting on a patio table and a tipped over watering can which were remains from the summer and kinda put me off. Someone pulled a vacuum through, not on, but it felt like they were closing up but it was 6pm. OpenTable asks if there’s any specific occasion when you book, and it was a bday, and our waitress was sweet and said happy bday. My son did like the ciopinno and would probably have licked the bowl clean, but it apparently wasn’t hot either. Likely won’t return. Pricey for not a great experience.

   Two of us shared a Caesar Salad, two orders of braised beef, and a bottle of Okanagan red wine. Verdict : very delicious, especially the salad. The dinner cooking was much more sophisticated than one would expect from a hotel’s all day dining facility. (We did not try breakfast nor lunch.) Portions are large and thus great value. We’d also like to commend Jessica who served our table. She was very efficient, hospitable, and friendly.

   They were out of a couple menu items we wanted to order so that was disappointing, but the food we did have was delicious. The waitress was very busy, she was excellent but maybe had too many tables.

   New years Eve late sitting for my oldest daughter and her guy (I had reserved but plans changed). They are both serious foodies and we’re really impressed. She texted: Hey it was awesome…we had the grilled Caesar salad and brussel sprouts for appie They were amazing and had the pulled bison papardelle for dinner…was so so good… huge portions…had a bottle of wine and dessert. Was very reasonable.

    Mussels and baguette were amazing… 10/10… but unfortunately the ciopanno (sp??) was horrible. The seafood was extremely over-cooked, rubbery, and shrivelled, and extremely sparse… 3 mussels, 3 shrimp, tiny piece of fish, a tiny half tail of lobster. I give this dish a 2/10… hence the overall rating. Sorry… the start was phenomenal, but the main was disappointing to say the least, especially for the price. Honestly if it was a steak and overcooked this badly I would have returned it without a thought.

    Great service, mostly great food, some over seasoned veggies with the short ribs, my steak was cooked as requested, although not seasoned at all, which was disappointing. It was a quiet night (we were literally the only table) so shouldn’t have to expect that. The lava chocolate dessert was all liquid (our 12 y/o wasn’t bothered by that, of course!!), but our server was friendly, attentive and left us to our food. I’d come back, but might order differently. Oh, the sprouts starter was fantastic!!

    The restaurant was very nice looking inside. There was a function in the banquet room beside the restaurant which got very loud with their music. I didn’t find it too bothersome until they turned up the restaurant music… then both seemed to compete and it was too much. I was a bit disappointed in the service. The restaurant wasn’t very busy as we came at 8pm however both my water and drink were empty for quite a while. When my order was finally taken for my second drink the wrong one was brought to me. We ordered the pork belly wrapped scallops for an appetizer, they came quickly and were delicious but we found them pricey for the amount received. (2 pork bites and 4 scallops) my husband and I each had the 10oz steak, it was delicious! The steak came with fries which we found to be odd for a fancier restaurant but they were tasty.

    We ordered the cauliflower bites and the braised beef and they were both delicious! Our only criticism would be that the braised beef could have been a little warmer. But overall a great meal

    Table has many great options on their menu and I like that the specifics like DF, GF, V are clearly stated. All four of us enjoyed our dishes, including the Caesar salad as a starter. One of our guests said it was the best Caesar salad she’s ever had!

    Everything from start to finish was excellent. The hostess was friendly, welcoming and funny, and started us off on a great note. Morgan was our server for the night, and was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The food was amazing, and the cocktails were delicious. The restaurant’s ambiance is great. It is roomy and while the standard buzz of patrons is present it’s moderate, and allowed for a wonderfully pleasant experience.

    We had a new waiter named Ofer and he was absolutely amazing and kind. We then came back for breakfast cause the food was so amazing at dinner. Once again you did not disappoint the breakfast was absolutely awesome.

    Another great meal at this often overlooked restaurant. Our duck was cooked perfectly with little surprise hits of flavor on the plate. Beautifully presented and delicious - one of our fave places in Canmore.
