Established in 2011, Theo's began in St. Michaels, Maryland as a traditional steakhouse. Being in a resort town, Theo's quickly became a casual hot spot offering elevated, high-quality dining for visitors as well as a beloved favorite among locals. Heavily influenced by New Orleans, our flagship property in St. Michaels features eclectic art, moody colors, and comfortable seating in the once-historic home it resides in. Our second location in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is a well-lit vibrant space with a cozy outdoor patio nestled right downtown on Baltimore Avenue. No matter the location, you're sure to meet local town celebrities and unforgettable characters. We believe that great atmospheres are created by the people who enjoy them.

Enjoyed our Anniversary dinner at Theo”s St. Michael’s. We were in the upstairs dining room, dark and moody ambience. Service was outstanding, our server was very attentive, described the dishes and made a great wine recommendation. We enjoyed the Steak Diane and the Steak Roquefort, shrimp cocktail appetizer and cheese cake dessert. High end dining experience. It’s pricey, but worth it for the quality of the experience.

Theo's remains one of our favorite places on the Eastern Shore. Just consistently excellent food (we've never had a bad meal there) and very pleasant surroundings. The noise level is low, which means it's wonderful for conversation. And reasonable prices considering all the factors.

We dined early on a Saturday evening so the restaurant was very quiet. Our server was attentive however we didn't get bread so I'm not sure if it was just missed or you have to ask for it (looked like other tables had it). French onion soup was very good but the sesame ahi tuna was overcooked - definitely not rare as requested- but the flavor was very good as were the scallops. Husband loved the bourbon cocktail. This was our first visit and we will definitely return.

We brought our out-of-town guests to dinner. When we walked in they said, “we love this place.” We do, too. I had the scallops for the first time and, no surprise, they were delicious ~ as was the tuna, steak Roquefort, the meatloaf and the filet. The beef and tuna were cooked as ordered ~ the mashed potatoes are to die for ~ as was the brownie sundae and cheesecake, which we shared. Theo’s is not to be missed.

We have been to Theo’s before and always enjoyed our experience. Tonight was unfortunately different. The food was amazing and our waitress was great. However, it was so loud upstairs that we were not able to have a conversation at our table. We had to leave much earlier than we had planned. I wasn’t able to finish my meal because it was too loud to enjoy my food. We love this restaurant so it was disappointing that this happened.

Food and service was excellent. Chance, our server, allowed us time to enjoy each course our meal, while still making sure we had everything we needed. The food was prepared exactly as we had requested. Compliments to the chef, Chance and staff. Wonderful night.
