My friend and I got a a Pulsd voucher and it was a great experience overall. The food was amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in NYC. We got caviar puffs, oysters, roasted chicken, truffle flatbread, and a lava cake and shared everything. Only complaint would be that the tables were so close together at times it felt we were dining with the people next to us. We will definitely be going back to try more of the food.

There was only one waiter but we still were served very quickly and as usual, the food did not disappoint. This was my friend’s first time there and he loved it. It’s my hidden gem and go to restaurant when friends are visiting. I especially love it in the summer though I go all year round.

I was hosting a surprise brunch for a coworker leaving. And the staff was stupendously excellent! They helped me with the surprise and I couldn't have been more happy-go-lucky. They were so generous, nice, attentive, caring, and the list can go on and on. It completely made my day and I'm truly appreciative of it. Other restaurants wouldn't have accommodated it. Also, the band was amazing! The singer even dedicated a song to my coworker. Best Saturday! But they did and went above and beyond. Thank YOU Hotel Chantelle for another stellar top-tier outing!

Music was too loud. I could barely hear my guests talking. The music choice also felt like a wedding reception. The cotton candy on the waffles makes the meal too sweet. Poor presentation of the cotton candy on the chicken and waffles.

The hostess downstairs was absurdly rude. The restaurant failed to explain they use resy and not open table, even though they’re listed on both apps. There was confusion and my reservation was cancelled and the hostess could not have been more rude about seating us and was not listening to us, wouldn’t look us in the eye when we were speaking. However the staff seating us upstairs was very nice.

It was raining outside. And the table that we sat at wasn’t properly sealed it took a moment to notice but there was flakes falling from the ceiling into the food. However the staff was super nice, the waiters were very prompt, the food came out quickly, also comped and honored anything that got ruined

The food was very good, the space is so cute and fun. The Bloody Mary was also delicious. There was live jazz, which was really good. It is pretty loud in there, was hard to talk, and the avocado toast felt very over priced for the serving size. Other than that, good experience.

Not handicapped accessible. Bathroom was so small you can barely fit inside. Workers understaffed, service was poor. No one came to check on your food. Drinks came after food because there was only 1 bartender. Had to track people down to get another drink. Thank god for the pitcher of water on the table. Sad because its a beautiful restaurant.

Went to brunch with my girlfriends and this place was amazing! The food, drinks, service, atmosphere, all were so great! Highly recommend their Bloody Mary’s, and the mushroom truffle pizza is to die for! If you’re looking for an upbeat, loud music, full on Brunch experience, you should check this place out! This is also a great place to celebrate birthdays!! They put on a whole fun experience for all!

I was really disappointed in my experience with Hotel chantelle. I had only gone a few months ago and had a great time, so I was surprised to have the complete 180 experience this go around. The staff made us feel unwelcome and rushed us out the door to leave, not even giving us a 10 minute warning that our time was nearing its end. The music and environment was not the experience I had back in October. When I referenced in my reservation we were celebrating a birthday and asked to see if we could do a candle for that person, no one ever got back to me and next we were asked to leave.

Always have a great time at Hotel Chantelle. Their current rotation of drinks was amazing. Their stuff was friendly and were very attentive to our needs; we asked to get reseated and they not only accommodated that request but threw in a free drink! The food was also amazing.

My roommate, mom and I came here for brunch last Sunday and it was amazing. I had only been here when It was open as a bar, but Hotel Chantelle’s bar ambiance was changed into a chic brunch space, complete with pink flowers and heat lanterns. The staff was friendly and attentive (s/o to Shakira), and the food was flavorful (highly recommend the strawberry lime Rickey as a brunch cocktail). The only food item that we weren’t crazy about was the breakfast pizza, it came out with cold eggs with a swirl of ketchup on top. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and definitely will be back.

Although, our reservation was last minute and they accommodated myself and my partner, the seating selection offered wasn't ideal. The table wasn't sturdy and the area we were placed to sit was extremely dark. Also, we were outside and it was very cold. My waiter, Marcus at first was attentive but once the check arrived and I tipped him, based on the suggested gratuity amount, he wasn't thankful and ignored me. I tipped him over $40 dollars and he didn't say thank you.
