We started out by sharing the calamari and crab cake. Both were out of this world delicious. The calamari were cooked to perfection. My husband ordered his usual rib eye steak with a side of mashed potatoes and I tried the Chilean bass with mushroom risotto. Let’s just say, I had to block his fork from my plate. He wanted to steal my food it was that good. His ribeye was perfect, but my fish was absolute heaven. Sara came over to the table to wish us a Happy Anniversary & send over a delicious limoncello slice of cake. She’s the sweetest! Our night couldn’t have gone any better!

Came here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Could not have imagined a better experience. Beautiful restaurant, great vibe, incredible cocktails, delicious dinner, and attentive, personable service. We'll be back for our 11th anniversary, and much sooner than that. Thank you!!

Order was wrong …. Food came out an hour later … drinks came out 30 mins late. There were only 3 tables going at whole restaurant.

A bit loud and crowded (understandable due to Cisco Live in the area). Great food and service during the meal. Felt rushed right after finishing the meal.

Restaurant overbooked reservations, had to wait an extra half hour after our reservation time to figure out a table for us, food didn’t come for over an hour after we ordered it, and ice was itemized for a fee added to every drink…really?

I had a 7:30 reservation, but it didn't really mean anything because we didn't get seated until 8:45! After that long wait, they actually put our party in the private wine room, which was a nice touch since the noise in the open dining area was just unbearable and the seating was super cramped. On top of that, the hostess brought out a complimentary seafood tower, but honestly, it wasn't great. The crab and tuna had this really fishy taste that was just off-putting, and our table of 10 barely touched it. The steaks were decent and cooked well, and the sides were fine too. But honestly, nothing about this experience makes me feel like coming back for another meal or recommending this place to anyone who's visiting San Diego.

I was overall disappointed with our experience. Before diving in I want to point out that all of the staff was polite and kind. We did not encounter anyone who was rude or unhelpful. When going to a steakhouse I expect a very high level of service. I have been to many steakhouses so my expectation was the same here. Unfortunately that was not the case. From the start we decided to wait outside while our table was being prepped because we had a large group. After some time we were called in only to be told that it was not quite ready and to wait at the bar. So we proceeded to crowd at the bar at the entrance trying to not get in the way of the wait staff. While waiting observed the wait staff seemed to be bumping into each other alot and did not seem to have that awareness of their surroundings they typically have at high end restaurants. After about 10 minutes we finally were seated at our table. After ordering I have to say that our food took a pretty long time but to be fair we were a large group (10 people). What was upsetting was when the food finally did come only about 8 of the things we ordered came. It took a considerable amount of time for the rest of the food including the sides we ordered to come out that my steak was barely warm by the time I ate it. Any high end restaurant times a tables food perfectly so that it arrives at the same time. The food itself was also disappointing. Those of us who ordered steak all got waygu which if cooked properly is supposed to practically melt in your mouth. The steaks were definitely not cooked to that standard. Overall I think if you go to a high end steakhouse where you are spending over $1200 not including tip, you expect top notch service and quality of food. The staff just seemed inexperienced. There are so many little things that any high end restaurant does like plating sides for guest, apologizing for reaching over people, boxing leftovers for you, etc. I do not feel the cost and expectation is worth it here.
