   The ambiance was amazing! Amazing food and attentive staff! The Beekeeper was one of the most delicious drinks I've ever tried!

   Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed a lovely Spring evening, eating outside at Talula’s. The protective covering and space heaters were perfect. The drinks and food were exceptional. It was hard to decide what to order from the many creative choices and flavors. We had appetizers, entrees and desserts! Looking forward to returning if we’re back in Philly.

   Still a great asset to the Philadelphia food scene. On a nice evening, the outdoor seating is hard to beat. The menu, though not cutting-edge, is reliably varied and well-executed.

   My daughter and I had a lovely time! Service was god and the food was amazing! Perfect spot for Mother’s Day! They did however miss that it was a special occasion, noted on my reservation, so we did not get our complimentary dessert. I did address the issue. Will definitely come back!

   10/10 experience! We went to brunch for Mother’s Day and everything was top tier. Food, drinks, and service were amazing - the French toast sticks were especially good but everything we had was delicious. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

   I'd like to start by saying that the service was great, and stood up to the Starr reputation. Unfortunately the main entree did not. We shared three appetizers, one entree and two sides; all appetizers and sides were delicious, our favorite was the cornbread with the chipotle butter. The duck fell flat for us; technique wise, the duck leg was crispy and done well, but only one leg for a $35-38 entree?? Also we found that the choices of rice and stewed turnips/butternut squash was odd, the rice was clumpy and the turnips and butternut squash were very mushy. Overall, disappointed at the portion size and the complements with the dish. As soon as the waitress and GM heard we were less than satisfied, the entree was comp'ed and we got a mini dessert on the house. The service made up for the dish.

    Excellent farm to table restaurant. We started with the cheddar chive biscuits and the thai cucumber salad. For entrees had the duck confit and the branzino. Big portions that we couldn't finish. Lots of interesting textures and flavors. One caveat, if you don't like spicy, this place may not be for you. Service was great
