Inspired by Moroccan architecture and the Greek Islands, The Mez Club opened its doors in September 2016 and is renowned for its beautiful styling and feel good vibe. The Mez Club was designed to offer locals and tourists alike a beautiful and feel good meeting place which has a flexible menu, that works for both grazing and dining. The upstairs space known as The Souk has been designed specifically to care for parties and group events. We welcome you and your friends to join us in enjoying our restaurant and of course, beautiful Byron Bay.

    Probably our favourite restaurant in Byron Bay. The room is beautiful, the food is outstanding and the friendly and efficient service is always delivered. Our only minor criticism is that the background music is rather loud, which actually detracts from the overall ambience. Nevertheless, we will be back again soon. A great night out is always achieved at this fine establishment.

    Great venue for groups, comfortable seating and good drinks menu from fancy cocktails to local beers. Food was amazing. Our waitress was very accommodating and friendly.

    The room, food, service and atmosphere are outstanding. Our only complaint is that the music is always too loud whenever we dine here. It's a shame, as otherwise this is our favourite dining spot in Byron Bay.

    Loved our Mother's Day Dinner at the Mez Club. The entree Mezzes were our favourites - the Haloumi and tuna Crudo were delicious - not to mention the cocktails and special round of Mezcal shots! Thank you to Ariana for looking after us so well. See you on our next Byron trip!

    Had a wonderful dinner, felt our table service was a bit abandoned, looks like our waitress finished her shift and then nobody really looked after us for a while in comparison to the table next to us. Otherwise had a wonderful time, beautiful atmosphere - some items are a little bit overpriced for what they are but good quality. We would definitely revisit

    Always good! Interesting flavours, friendly service and a cool ambience in a beautifully fitted out space. We must have eaten here at least once on each occasion we have visited Byron Bay.

    The Mez Club has a beautiful atmosphere with very sleek decor. The staff were wonderful and really looked after us during our bridal shower celebrations. The food was excellent too!
