   Amazing! Crispy oysters/Caesar salad/NY strip/grilled asparagus/creme brulee were top notch!

   The menu had an offering of a steak trio. It sounded great, so I ordered it. The server returned a few minutes later and said that the wagu rib eye cap was not available, but they could substitute a bison cut. I said that was fine. Again, a few more minutes later the server returned and said they could not offer any steak trio that evening. It would be back on the menu the next day. (We were not going to be coming back 2 days in a row.) Without being offered to look at the menu again, I was asked what I would like. I had to remember the entire menu to order. If a menu item is not available, that should be stated up front not after the diner orders. How can a steak restaurant not be available to offer a “steak trio” of some type? We were very early in the evening service, but the kitchen should know at the beginning of service if they are not able to offer a menu item that day. Not the best quality service. But, our food was very good.

   Amazing in every way. Dined here for Mothers Day with family and friends and Kevin took care of us…probably the best waiter I have ever had in my life. Can’t recommend enough…

   This was our first visit at Rick Erwin's Our waiter helped make our experience very enjoyable by his friendless, always available in meeting our needs and serving our courses at the right time. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We had the Filet and Ribeye. Filet was great but the Ribeye was a bit salty. We also ordered Brussels, Truffle fries and Ceasar salad as sides. The portions are enough for two and they tasted great.

   Our waiter Preston was fantastic!!! He recommended excellent dishes! And was so welcoming and cordial. His energy and smile were excellent for the environment of this restaurant. He constantly came by to ask if we needed anything and was readily available when needed. Preston is one of a kind and any restaurant would want his experience. Thank You Preston!!!!
