   Disappointed with the mussels and French fries. The fries were not crisp. The sauce with the mussels had barely any flavor. Waiters were not attentive ...had to ask for items that should have come with the meals. As we no longer lived in the area and traveled a distance we felt the trip was disappointing.

   Service was ok. You are very close to fellow diners and are part of their conversations with the booth setups. They ran out of filets by late afternoon. Won’t be back

   Hard to understand how to judge noise level ? Pistache is NOT loud and along with excellent French Bistro fare , excellent service its quiet atmosphere is why I considerate my favorite restaurant in WPB ! Thanks

   I’ve been a customer at Pistache Bistro and usually have a great experience, but this visit was a bit disappointing. The service was unusually slow, and our waiter was unfriendly, inattentive, and didn’t even acknowledge that it was Mother’s Day. It really took away from what should’ve been a special occasion. While the food was good, the brunch was overpriced for what was offered. I know this isn’t typical of Pistache, which makes it even more frustrating.

   We sat at a table in the bar area. The bartender was our waiter and he was outstanding! He gave great wine, appetizer and entree recommendations. The food was fantastic.

    If you can't handle a Weds. night, I don't want to see what a Sat. night looks like. Our waiter was so rushed, he went to pour more wine, much too soon - and when I asked he leave it in the bucket, please, as we weren't ready for more - he picked up the bucket, set it harshly next to our table and said, "here." Next, I sent a side back as it was terrible salty - definitely accidently salted twice, then, when 2 of the 3 people at our table were still eating, our plates were being removed. We asked the person to stop. We'll not be back. It's too pricey for such amateur and untrained service.
