The Wind & Sea Restaurant is located on the water in the Dana Point Harbor. With water on three sides, every table has a spectacular view.
We serve fresh fish selections daily as well as Lobster tail, shrimp, steaks, and vegetarian dishes.

Monday through Friday (not available Holidays and Special occasions) we have Hawaiian Happy Hour from 4:00 to 7:00 featuring our world famous Mai Tai's as well as draft beer, wine and food specials. Big screen TV's, keep the lounge exciting at all times.

The waterfront open-air patio serves the full menu and is heated at night, perfect for an order of nachos and a margarita or a full dinner under the stars. Private banquet facilities accommodate 20 to 75.

The ambiance was perfect . I had the Mahi Mahi which I enjoyed very much. . However don't bother with their clam chowder. It was mainly potatoes and seemed to be thickened with cornstarch. Other members of our party had great fish and chips and the walnut crusted salmon. I would have loved to try the salmon, but alas I'm allergic to walnuts. I wish it was pecans instead. The service was great except they were very antsy about clearing our plates.

We sat on the patio and enjoyed a perfect evening of a warm breeze, excellent service from Kelly, and an excellent chef’s special - scallops. Oh, and the great Mai Tais were the perfect accompaniment!

Always love Wind and Sea. (one table allowed their kid to watch a video with volume at full blast for a few minutes, we could hear it 3 tables away clearly. Either they stopped or someone told them to stop, but that is totally on the adults with the child)

They accommodated a last-minute change from next day to same-day for a party of 8 and by the harbor view window… Becca was wonderful and attentive to all requests; the food was excellent with most of us ordering fresh fish. The positive posted reviews were all spot on!

I ordered the calamari streak. I thought it would have a sauce on it but it was pretty much just a big piece of fried calamari. All portions were big enough to share. My aunt ordered The seared ahi that looked much better then my dish although it was pricier $41. The ceviche appetizer was huge and delicious. All four of us had a couple of servings of it and there was still some left!

I went on July 4th and it was busy but nothing lack at all. My server was excellent, service was speedy and food was delicious. The only thing that was wrong was all the teenagers that were working were very cold and disinterested in working there. Please teach them to smile and be polite and socially kind.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Wind and Sea during the busy 4th of July week. We were running a few minutes late so I made sure to call and let them know. They were very nice and we were seated in a great booth with a gorgeous view. Our server, Caleb, was awesome! He was very attentive, quick and friendly. We ordered the seafood Cobb and the fish of the day and both were fresh and delicious. The ambiance was fun and the place was buzzing with lots of people, but it never felt too loud or overly crowded. Great job as always!!

Im from Albuquerque NM and am in love with Dana Point. I had such a nice dinner at Wind and Sea with good friends. I’d recommend this restaurant for any occasion!

We had an amazing time. Great waterfront views, service was prompt, all staff were very friendly, the food was amazing, etc. And the bonus was watching the sea lions outside from our table.
