Caitlyn was the best waitress I have ever had! This was a business meeting and she handled the group like she has done this all her life. I was extremely impressed and will bring all my business luncheons to Firebirds, just so that Caitlyn can take care of us. Thank you very much for making such a great hiring decision with Caitlyn.

We dined here on a Monday night and it was not crowded at all, which is unusual for Greenville restaurants. We had great service and delicious food.

Server, Chase, was excellent, very welcoming, friendly, engaging. Food was very good, but not memorable. With a restaurant like this, I wish that you had an enforceable dress code. While it’s stated ‘smart casual’ there were several people who don’t know what that is, and were in ‘lay around the house casual’.

Firebirds apparently has turned into a venue for large parties in the main dining area. They do not have a separate closed in dining area. At 4:00 on Saturday, they have 2 separate 10 top tables, one 30 top table, and the cushion seats by the wine wall had 14 loud drinkers( I think a bachelorette party). No room for family of 4 to get a meal. Parties were very loud and disruptive. First time I really did not enjoy going there at all and we tend to go there 1 or twice a month. Hope this is not the new norm .

As usual, we had to wait a very long time for our drinks to arrive, 30 minutes The food was an equally long wait, but the salmon Benedict on focaccia with lobster sauce was exquisite as was our server. I imagine it’s just a staffing shortage, but be prepared for a leisurely meal if you go here.

I had the prime rib, and not only was it very chewy, it literally had no flavor. I did have au jus and horseradish sauce, but if not for that, it was awful. I even had my husband try it (he had salmon) to make sure it wasn't just me. (It wasn't.) In addition, my stomach was upset all night. I don't think we'll be back.

I had the restaurant week special of the prime rib great and the portion was a good size for a special. The wine pairing was excellent. I hVe a gluten allergy and it was accommodated.

I was a little worried after I read other reviews of the restaurant. We don't have a lot of luck when we go out as it is. Service was great. The waiter was right on us to get our drink order. Appetizers were quick to get out. The entrees were a little slower to come out but that was ok it was worth the wait. My husband and I received a gift card for here so we finally came. We will definitely come again. We had the bacon deviled eggs which were great, the Philly egg rolls, I wasn't 100% on these because of the sweet sauce on them but my husband loved them, and the lobster dip which was really good, probably wouldn't get it again just because I was the only one who ate it. For our entrees my husband had the ribeye with the Cajun butter, it was delicious tender and cooked perfectly but we both think it would've been better without the butter. He had the au gratin potatoes and they were delicious. I had the sea bass, it was pretty good I wouldn't order it again but I think it was more a person preference it wasn't that it was bad I just didn't like it. We will definitely be going back.

Went for our 39th wedding anniversary. Had reservation and waited only a few short minutes, Drinks were very good. Deviled eggs were fabulous! Ribeye was delicious. Prime rib was OK, No flavor. Creme Beula cheesecake was divine. Waitress and staff were very friendly and helpful. A little disappointed in atmosphere. Too loud for a restaurant at this price point. Will definitely visit again.

While we missed having Sierra, who was pulling duty at the bar, Makisha did a very nice job of filling in. Also nice to have Terri back, but she might feel otherwise. See you Labor Day.

server was distracted and slow. did not get orders correct. family next to us was very noisy had reservation but took long time to get seated. had trouble with service last time as it to 30 min to recover our charge card and sever again to good at all. came for Greenville restaurant week. not a good reputation gave you a second chance. Probably not again. went to a different location and all was prefect.

The server we had was too spread out and forgot about us. We had to ask several managers to help us several times. We even had other servers stopping by and asking us if we needed anything. They made sure we were taken care of and fixed the issues promptly.

Everything tasted pretty good but the au gratin potatoes were definitely undercooked the prime rib was ok but the prime rib from Harris teeter definitely tasted better and is half the price The perfect margarita would have been more perfect had there been more it was a little small for my experience
