    Although it took the food some time to be prepared, Cassie did a phenomenal job serving us. She was very attentive and looked to serve us in a positive way. Also, the young man at the host station was extremely helpful and kind. Those individuals made the experience worthwhile.

    Ordered the philly cheesesteak eggrolls and wings. Both came out cold and the wings were extremely hard and dry. Will not be going back!!

    We love this restaurant!!! We were celebrating a birthday and we usually choose here to do so. The food and service is always amazing!!!! I highly recommend this place for a Sunday lunch or a night out. Wonderful!!!

    Food was good, but not great. I ordered the sea bass, and the portion size was very small for what you paid. We also had the appetizer of the deviled eggs, and they were ok, but not great. Service was intermittent. I’d give it a solid meh!

    The broccoli was almost raw and needed to be steamed longer. The Caesar salad did not taste like a Caesar salad something was off on the dressing. The steak was medium rare instead of medium. I don’t think I’m going to this restaurant again.

    We had a reservation for 5pm. We were seated at a dirty table first of all and then we waited for 10 minutes in an almost empty restaurant and never received service at all! We got up and walked out and was never even noticed. This is our THIRD and FINAL time at Firebirds. All of our experiences there have been horrible… too bad because the food is fairly good.

    It’s usually not a problem but my salmon was under cooked and the salad dressing was wrong. They did fix my order but by the time the next correct salmon came out my husband was finished eating. I asked for well done and ranch dressing but I got the opposite.
