The server was excellent! She suggested an item that I tried and it was very good! One negative: it was very hot inside Firebirds during our dinner on 06/25/25 @ 5:30pm.

Firebirds is always a great place to eat. The food is consistently good and they a make a great espresso martini! Both locations are equally good but I prefer the Short Pump restaurant for its access to shops.

We had a very good dinner. We enjoyed a cheeseburger, prime rib, and a ribeye. Everything was well cooked, and our server was on top of things.

Not a bad experience but definitely not worth the money. Table wasn't ready at the time of our reservation. Table was dirty. Food was decent although one of the steaks was way over-cooked. Parmesan chicken was dry and rubbery. Cheesburger and a steak salad got good reviews as did the appetizers. Second round of drinks didn't come until we were finished eating. Four cocktails, two apps, four entrees and one desert totaled out to almost $300 and it's just not that good of a restaurant. We won't be going back.

Firebirds never disappoints. Another great lunch, with excellent service from our waiter! I always get the shrimp and strawberry salad and it is always good! My friend had the chicken salad and really enjoyed it. Our waiter was awesome...really chill, but great service and very attentive. Bread served while we waited for our salads was yummy too. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Good good, getting really expensive to fine here, menu prices definitely riding. Appeared a little understaffed for Saturday night. Will continue to eat here as food is good but maybe a little less frequently
