Locally owned and allergy friendly, The Cowfish has been focusing on both sushi and burgers since 2010. The sushi segment of the menu features seafood sourced by our longtime Master Sushi Chef Rifali Almunir and Head Sushi Chef Eko Maryanto. Our all natural burgers feature hormone and antibiotic free, humane certified beef that is fresh and never frozen. Appetizers for sharing, entree-sized salads, homemade desserts & a fun menu for kids are joined by our signature creations we call burgushi! A fusion of burger and sushi, our burgushi items include sushi rolls created using burger components. If you can't make up your mind, try a bento box with a mini burger, sushi and sides. Find us in Charlotte at The Village at SouthPark, in Raleigh at North Hills and at Universal's CityWalk in both Orlando and Beijing. We were a group of 6 at Cowfish for a birthday. Our server was efficient and friendly. The food was plentiful and delicious. Cake and a song was offered to celebrate the birthday girl and the cake was amazing. We've never had a less that outstanding experience at Cowfish.

The food was really good and we loved the concept of burgers and sushi. It’s satisfied the cravings of the entire family. We were traveling from out of state and really enjoyed this stop.

Cowfish is always consistent. The owner does a great job keeping the restaurant up to date. I love the new remodel.

Our server, Bunny, was so sweet! Made my birthday dinner so fun! And, the management staff was very present and did a great job managing our gluten allergy!

There was an ease of reservations. Right away. Our server was pleasant and helpful. The edamame was too salty. My husband enjoyed his sushi and I enjoyed my hamburger. The sweet potato fries were good. We haven’t been to cowfish in quite a few years. Not sure when I’ll be back. It was just OK

Chloe did a great job taking care of birthday party. Additional staff tried to assist with food orders which led to minor mix ups. No major issues. Please review policy of not preparing tables until party arrives. There was no time to do birthday decorations prior to guests arriving

The remodel is great. Great burger. Super staff. Very smart to change the entrance so that people aren’t forced outside to wait.

Moving the entrance to the side was not well thought out. We were in line to enter with people trying to squeeze by to exit. Next hostess asked my name to check us in for our reservation, then she proceeded to pick up the phone that was ringing and helped the person on the phone. After she was done on the phone, she again asked my name and the phone rang again. She again answered the phone and helped the person on the line. It was pretty rude to basically allow the people that were calling on the phone to skip the line of people who were waiting to check in. We were then seated. It took 25 minutes to get drinks. Everything seemed slow. The appetizer was slow to arrive to the table. When it was placed on the table we requested additional sauce that came with the calamari. The sauce was delivered after the calamari was long gone. The burgers were good. The service was terribly slow. The waiter was very nice though.
