Wharo was founded in 2004 with the passion and inspiration to introduce quality and health conscious-friendly Korean food on the Westside of Los Angeles. Wharo dishes are derived from Modern Seoul Styles dished with a Western twist. We are always trying to enhance flavors and create new recipes to modernize and move with the trend. At Wharo, we are proud that all of our dishes are free of MSG but instead;use home-style cooking to create the mouthwatering flavors. From homemade spicy Kimchi to Organic Soft Soon Tofu Soup, we only culture the finest for our customers. We also use high quality Certified Angus Beef which passes 10 quality standard testing for its title.

I’ve been here 3 times now with a reservation and when I get there they don’t have a table available for another 45mins. I will not be going back.

My favorite Korean BBQ restaurant by far!! I always get the Bulgogi and asparagus. I was devastated when they closed for a little while and kept driving by to see when they would open again and I’m so glad that they are back open.

A charming and casual Korean BBQ restaurant, ideal for a quick weekday meal or a relaxed gathering with friends. The service was great, our server was so personable and accomodating. Overall, I thought it was a pleasant experience!

Service was initially good then very patchy. I had to ask for various items several times. Food was somewhat overpriced for what you received. Few veggies on the plate. Scallops never arrived in time to cook before the meal was over. Few options for wine by the glass. Over all mediocre, not interested in returning.
