I really like the food at Puesto, but every time we go there I have the same complaints and they don't seem to be getting any better. The tacos are great! The chips are always stale. Every time I order a Diet Coke it gets refilled one time, if I'm lucky, and I have to consistently remind the server I would like a refill. On our most recent trip, a new surprise! When I got our bill (which was $100 with tax) I thought "What a lucky surprise, I can tip $20 and be slightly over 20% on actual services rendered". When I scanned the bill I noticed that the suggested tip amounts were: 22%: $28.60 20%: $26.00 18%: $23.40 Tip Percentages are based on the check price before discounts and taxes. Um, what? No thank you. This is an integrity issue for me, and I'll go elsewhere next time.

We went on a Sunday night and it was empty! The food is good but overpriced. The service was slow. The potato taquitos were not cooked fully and we had to wait a long time for a new order of them. Even though it was practically empty, we had to wait a long time for our margaritas. Maybe that’s why it was so empty!

Everything was pretty good... they accomodated our large party (9) for Taco Tuesday on pretty short notice (we sat upstairs with another large party). Our server was great... very attentive.

We were one of 4 parties in the entire restaurant and still received minimal attention from the waitstaff. The the lobster taco was good but everything else was disappointing. Plus it was absurdly overpriced. I will not be dining at this restaurant again.

Had a few negatives with this occasion. When we were seated, we were missing two waters and two sets of silverware, took a long time for the waitress to come back for us to request them, then forgot about bringing them, so we had to ask again. Our food order also came before our drinks, had to ask for those to be brought out too. We went at happy hour but no happy hour menus were given, and the items they said were discounted (shares and snacks) were not discounted on the bill which we didn't notice until after we left. We also were placed at a table that had a lot of sun so it became pretty hot and the restaurant didn't feel very air conditioned and no fans that we could tell. The service staff was very nice, but not available when we needed them, and too available when we didn't. Also, apparently there is a secret menu, including burritos, which aren't on the printed menus they give out, so ask about those items!

Attentive and personable staff. Wonderful ambiance with great music. Everything on the menu is delicious. This is my second time there and they do not disappoint. Tried the tamarind shrimp taco …….. wowww!!! The fees leches cake was amazing (the raspberries on top were a bit tart for me).

They messed up our order and were extremely rude about it. They didn’t offer to do anything to fix it. The waitress rolled her eyes at us when we asked her to fix the issue.
