    I visited this location years ago and it was really good but seems to have gone down immensely since. Right out the gate the interior appears to be undergoing renovation. Fair enough, but it didn't really lend any kind of ambience. The devilled eggs were decent but the greens had a weird overpowering flavor and the chicken tenders weren't really any better than what you would expect from some sort of Swanson frozen food. Honestly, the food was edible but not worth the hype or money. The worst thing? Store bought bottled tea. Sorry, I won't be going back.

    The bartender was also the waitress and so she as super busy which means she didn’t have as much time to spend on our party of 15. I’m a foodie so food was decent.

    Seem like they use old flour for the chicken and only have a spoon full of grits with the shrimp. I was expecting more for price I paid

    I found out management has changed and I was told they no longer are using Open Table. Disappointed!

    Downpours were causing us to be late - since they have a 10 min grace period, I called to let them know we would be about five minutes late. I was informed that the reservation system had been down for at least two weeks and they were on a first come, first serve basis. The place was empty with one other table when we arrived. Music was blaring usually wouldn’t bother me but when you have a party of three, and you have to repeat yourself to talk… Unnecessary. We were super excited about the menu as it was our first time. I ordered the chicken and waffles with Champagne. The chicken was hot, but waffles came out cold and not crisp. The brownie was dry. Our server was good, the food was just meh. Maybe it was an off-night… but you only get one time to make a first impression.
