We enjoyed our experience overall. My daughter had the filet and it was better than the tomahawk steak my husband got for $139. Service on drinks slow. We had to at some point ask for water refills twice. Some times we had 3 people taking care of us and then no one for 30 minutes and it was not busy. They did make my cocktail the Chilton and it was really good. So I would say overall a good experience with sporadic service.

The food was good. Our waiter made a few suggestions about speciality drinks and it was to sweet and he didn’t take it off the bill. The added order Alaskan king crab was misleading. There was 1 piece of a very small portion of crab. The vibe was wonderful. Good music was playing the entire time we were there.

So this was my first time coming to this restaurant, and I would have to say, hands-down I had black truffle encrusted 6 ounce filet mignon with lobster, macaroni and cheese, and my date had a crabcake with aïoli on top with the lamb chops. I can honestly say the steak melted in my mouth and the truffle and crusted steak was just fabulous. It was like butter in my mouth. The crabcake was probably one of the best fresh crabcakes I’ve ever ate overall the experience there was beautiful the ambience was beautiful. The server was absolutely amazing and the drinks were put together very well. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

Went to One steakhouse to meet a rep and he fell ill , so I ate alone at the bar The bar is quite big and the service was excellent. The food was awesome but a bit pricey. I had a Caesar salad, they put a bit too much dressing on it, but it was fresh and good I had the calamari which was excellent I then had a fillet which was perfectly cooked with augratin potatoes I then had the banana cheesecake for desert I brought home half of this meal as it was a lot

This is my second experience at One Steakhouse, and the food, service, and experience were both outstanding. I make around one or two trips to Vegas every month and will eat at One Steakhouse every time moving forward. The food is terrific, the staff is very kind, and they are extremely accommodating if you have any food allergies. In this recent experience, I created my own salad as a starter, and what they made was simply delicious. Regarding the steak, I am a ribeye kind of guy, and it was cooked to perfection, and the wine they helped me select was spot on. This is one of my new favorite places to eat in Vegas. As someone who grew up in NY and misses that steakhouse experience, One Steakhouse does it right. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a top-notch experience.

We were disappointed. To be clear, the staff and service were fine. And, two of the sides were excellent-(broccolini and potatoes au gratin) . However, the star of the show- namely the steaks, were properly cooked from a temp standpoint, but they had no crust and little flavor. (we had the filet mignons). The side of béarnaise sauce could not help the steak- also flavorless (where was the tarragon and lemon?). The Caesars salad also was light on depth and flavor. We skipped dessert. Lastly we sat in the back dining room- the décor and ambience was a bit cold- no table cloths, wood tables- no charm at all. I really wanted to like this place- the Morton brothers supposedly run it. Even at half the price, I would not bother to dine here again.

We did the filet mignon and lobster tail dinner with a side of asparagus. All were delicious and the perfect portion for the two of us. Service was impeccable…a real fine dining experience. The ambience of the restaurant is relaxing and beautifully decorated. It is pricey (as should be expected), but totally worth it. We loved it!

A nice quiet steak restaurant with good quality food and ambience. Wife had the Alaskan King Crab pasta and was one of the most flavorful pasta dishes we've ever had. Service was outstanding, cocktails were delicious.

One Steakhouse is good, but probably not a destination restaurant unless you are staying at Virgin Hotel Casino in LV. Food is good, but nothing to knock your socks off. Service by Fernando was tremendous, he was friendly, professional and attentive. He is an asset to One, and a true professional waiter. Other floor and bar staff was very good as well. We've been coming for years when it was MB and then to One when Virgin took over the Hard Rock. We had: Vodka Martinis 2 each King Crab Pasta (her)-she loves it and orders it every time we visit NY Steak (him)-prime strip 16oz prepared rare Creamed Spinach with a poached egg-(him, was the highlight of the meal) *I'm so stealing this idea. Savory and lusciously decadent. Bread- surprisingly very basic rolls. One can easily step up their bread game. Dinner and tip was a bit under $300

Food was great and our server was very good. But with. Reservation and relatively empty main dining room being sat in the bar area was just rude. It was loud and not the dining experience we expected or frankly paid for. We requested to be sat in the main dining area as we were there for a family meal only to do told this was our table and they could ask to turn the music down a little. I just think that if you make a reservation for dinner you should be seated in a dining area and when it is empty there is no reason to deny the request.

Went there for my boyfriend’s 43rd bday. The bread provided was stale and dry. We ordered lobster bisque for starters, followed by prime rib for him and a filet for myself. Our sides were cauliflower, lobster Mac and cheese, prime rib rigatoni. The rigatoni, filet, and prime rib were okay. Everything else was salty and over cooked. The bisque was very acidic and salty- Which had me confused for a bisque to begin with…. The waitress was sweet and took the unlikeables off of the tab. It’s probably best to go for drinks and some fries….I wouldn’t recommend for premium steakhouse experience and flavor.

Great experience here at One Steakhouse my wife and I visited here on our last night in LV and Bernie took great care of us. My white and I are smaller eaters, so we just got the 8 oz. filet and the Au Gratin Potatoes. Both were delicious!! Perfect Steak-Date night with my wife to close out our few night LV getaway. Put the door we spent around $150 with us each having a drink and tip included, so not an inexpensive meal but expected for a higher end Steakhouse in Las Vegas. Side comment on Virgin Hotel Las Vegas restaurants in general is that ALL of them had very fresh, tasty food along with wonderful service. Very impressed by our entire stay!

We had such a great experience! Our waiter, Curt, walked us through the menu pointing out house favorites and was quite knowledgeable. The food is fantastic and we were able to enjoy each part of our meal without feeling rushed.
