   I usually love true foods yesterday was a disappointment. They had five dollar guac and chips. The chips tasted like cardboard and the guac have no flavor. They had margarita flight sampler on sale. The margaritas had salt inside them and not a lot of alcohol. One was barely drinkable because it had no flavor except bitter . I got my usual tuna, poke bowl, and the grade of tuna was poor. There was a lot of fibrous tissue within the tuna did not feel like sushi grade? I’ve always enjoyed my meals at true food so this was the first time I was disappointed not sure if it was just an off day or they’re getting cheaper ingredients?

   The chared califlower is one of my favorites, but it seemed to be missing some ingredients. I had the lasagna, but I think they've changed their recipe. It was too sweet and lacked the hearty bolognese feel and the taste of the sausage is lacking. My husband asked for his burger at medium temperature, and it came out well. It feels like the food lacks passion.

   Great food. Fantastic service. Only thing to make things better is to bring back Gluten free hummus and pita!

   We come here frequently and are never disappointed. We love what True Food stands for and knowing that whatever we eat is spruced well and nourishing to our bodies. Gives us peace of mind and is an easy choice whenever we’re in the KOP area! Also, I appreciate how seriously they take allergies. As someone with a peanut allergy it’s always a little tough to go out to eat, but they always check the menu items for me and let me know if there are any potential issues. All around a great experience and our go to spot.

   Never had brunch here before. It was delicious! I was with two friends, and we decided to get the full bottle for mimosas. A great value and fun to mix them ourselves at the table. Circus tent noise was a bit much at times but it was a beautiful day and we wanted to be outside. Still a fun outing!

   We wanted to thank J our waiter for an amazing service. The food was fantastic. We ordered shared soup, edamame and meatloaf sandwich all were amazing.

    For some unknown reason we experienced a rather long wait for our food (from appetizers to main entrees). Our waiter was not as attentive as she should have been with us (in providing a reason for the interminable delay of our food). During this entire dining experience this restaurant was not crowded at all! Thus there was no excuse for the delay of the delivery of our food. Then, once my partner’s vegan cheeseburger arrived it was “rubbery” and bland. To make up for the above we were only given a “comp” of two chocolate chip cookies! True has to do better under the circumstances…
