My friends and I had an absolutely delightful dinner last night at Circa 1875, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece. The escargot was rich and perfectly garlicky, the French onion soup was deeply flavorful with a perfectly gratinéed top, and both the bouillabaisse and ratatouille were cooked to perfection, bursting with fresh flavors. The kitchen's timing was impeccable, with each course arriving at just the right moment, allowing us to savor every bite without feeling rushed. Our server, whose name I regrettably can't quite recall (but I think it started with an M, perhaps Martin?), was exceptional. He clearly knew the menu inside and out, offering insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with genuine helpfulness. His attentiveness added significantly to our enjoyment of the evening. To top it all off, the cocktails were not only expertly crafted but also beautifully presented. Circa 1875 truly transports you to a classic French bistro, delivering on all fronts: incredible food, impeccable service, and a wonderful ambiance. We can't wait to return!

Food, decor and service were all amazing. We actually enjoyed the food here even more than our meals in France itself. Will definitely be back.

This was my first visit to Circa 1875 and I was absolutely satisfied. The food and drinks were very good. Our server, James, could not have been better !! He treated us well, was very attentive without being annoying 😊 He seemed to anticipate our questions and needs before we did !! I highly recommend both the Circa 1875 and James as your server.

Not quite real French. The steak tartar left lots to be desired. Escargot small and overcooked and the steak frits average meat quality. They did not have most wines as they said they were changing vendors. Our sweeter questions very nice and professional.

The escargot was delicious! The main course was a bit disappointing. It ordered the scallops with pork belly. The portions were small for the cost but most importantly it simply wasn't delicious. The pork belly was a bit chewy and the scallops were smaller than anticipated. I would suggest an alternative meal if you visit. I am a self proclaimed foodie and have a wide pallet regarding food.

It was ok but not great, and at the price point they have, I expected great. The food was a bit under seasoned, specially the bouillabaisse and French onion soup. The scallops were great. The service was ok but I expected better. They accidentally brought us an extra salad and then charged us for it, which is poor form.
