We offer a considered, seasonally conscious, a la carte menu. Culinary creations are inspired by the changing variety of available produce and protein throughout the year.
Executive Chef Makoto Ono and Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Cheng create progressive French/Japanese inspired cuisine with innovative breads and desserts.
Courses that have been featured previously have included Dungeness crab noodle soup, kale “Pocky”, crusted nori bun, mirugai with celery root and parsley, duck breast with bitter greens and pear, farro ochazuke, and squash Mont Blanc.
A carefully chosen beverage and wine selection is designed to complement our unique menus; guided beverage pairings for your dinner are available upon request.
