   This restaurant is one of my favorite places to have a great meal with equally great service. Interestingly I am not a big steak eater but I love their other choices. The salmon is wonderful and so are their appetizers. Their French onion soup is the best I've ever had. It's always a relaxing and enjoyable meal.

   We were seated on time at our favorite table. Service was excellent our server Paul was very personable and attentive. The quality of the food was, as always, outstanding. We enjoyed a Chopped Salad, Crab Cakes, an 8 oz Filet, and Baked Potato. The table included a varied assortment of breads. We also select an excellent bottle of Barbara from Amador County. A great evening at High Steaks!

   From our waitress to the manager, every single aspect of our special dinner was so wonderfully and carefully perfect. We had a celebration which, when we share the private details with them, they were so genuinely caring and went out of their way to thank us for sharing our good news with them. I cannot Say enough about the excellent food excellent service and excellent experience. Thank you High Steaks!

   Stephen was our waiter and he is always on point. His menu knowledge, suggestions and service is the best.  The food is consistently delicious and to temperature.

   Prime rib was undercooked. Requested mid-rare and got very rare. Meat was tough to cut. Sides were very good, but overall meal was not worth the price. Service was okay.

   We we’re celebrating our 30th Anniversary and had a late reservation and the service was good however we ordered a Porterhouse steak and it was cooked ok but lacked any flavor at all the Yukon potatoes were cold and without much flavor. We have eaten here many times and this was a disappointment on such a special day

    I have eaten here many times and have absolutely loved it. This time however the food was cold. It took forever just to get what we ordered. The poor waiter looked to be the only one working other than the young lady at the front. They both had exceptional customer service. But the food???? To much money for what we were served. Sorry. I’ll try again. Maybe just understaffed.
