   The food here is so good - I like the variety of choices to try. The chicken taco were packed full of meat and were so flavorful. Loved the Golden Pigs bao buns and the Dan Dan noodles. The small plate concept works well and lets you try an assortment of things. I sat at the bar on the China side the server was friendly and attentive.

   The prices are outrageous but it’s Vegas so it’s kinda expected. However, the food portions has shrunk a lot. So remember the food is good but pricey and kids portions so order a lot and pull from your retirement to pay for it.

   Food was ok. Terrible service. We ordered the chef experience, the portions are very small and it took a long time to be ready between one course to another, we stayed almost two hours in the restaurant, if you want to save some time in Vegas don't order the experience. Do not recommend.

    The food was amazing and completely overshadowed by the horrible service. Don’t remember her name, because she never told us! But she had pink hair. Had to track her down to order food, get refills on water and every time we ordered cocktails. She has the personality for back of house, not customer facing

    I’m disappointed. I was excited to try this “fusion”. The ambience was really cool. I ordered the dumplings first and they were very doughy with little of the Korean bbq inside. I ordered 2 tacos and they both came out at different times, which was odd. They weren’t much to rave about and the Viva China was very odd (but someone who may like cold oyster better might prefer it).

    We were a little apprehensive at first, due to noise level outside the restaurant in the Cosmopolitan, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. The food -- whether Mexican or Asian -- was fantastic. The dim sum was among the best we have ever head and the other entries were all big, bold flavors. China Poblano is definitely now on our "go to" list the next time we come to Vegas!

    Waiting in a long line while having a reservation is odd and not particularly pleasant. Cigar smoking just outside the restaurant was a bummer but not the restaurant’s fault. Food was unique and excellent.

    The chicken tacos were very good. Despite being told the kung pao lettuce wraps were spicy, they were not, at all, but they were flavorful. Service was even.

    I recommend the Chef's Selection for an array of items. Shared one order between two people and added an order of Chicken Siu Mai. Recommend the Mezcal/Tequila flight tasting (3 samples)

    Very good, better than we remember from 3 or 4 years ago. Interesting menu with unique interpretations, very well planned. Staff was great and good was excellent. In terms of Vegas pricing it wasn't terribly priced. Overall excellent experience and we will be back.

    Took my mom to an impromptu lunch, and it was so much better than anticipated. Great atmosphere, delicious food from every corner of the menu, and everyone that came by our table was friendly, helpful, and polite. Our server, Jackie, was excellent. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Vegas. I can’t believe I waited so long to stop in.

    We were in Vegas for business, but this was dinner in Valentines night w my life partner. The food was FANTASTIC. My least fav was the Quesobarilla, just so greasy. The Dan Dan noodles were my fav, and the pork buns. The guac was so fresh and made table side. I had an aqua fresca mimosa that was so lovely. Pricy, especially as its a small plate restaurant, or small portions so you order more than one and everyone shares, which is fun for tasting more things. My partner really enjoyed his Monk noodles, but said the pork buns were his fav. We would def go again if we were in town, but with tip it was nearly $200 for two, which again is not uncommon for the area, but be prepared. I’d expected a few pricier meals.

    We got the Garlic pepper shrimp and some tacos which were delicious, 8 out of 10. We got the mangos and sticky rice and churros for desert. We gave those a 6 out of 10. For drinks we got the Puerto Escondido which came in a tiny glass (where's the rest of my drink) and the salt air margarita. I'm not sure if my drink was made wrong but I couldn't drink it and I really wanted to like it. I asked for a side of Pomegranate and it was still SO SALTY. We gave the drinks a 3. The service was good except that I don't think they cared that I couldn't drink my drink.

    Did the chefs menu it was very good but we ordered the regular and there was no non seafood meat. It included tuna and shrimp and no other meats. It was good but I would have like some pork/beef in the taco instead of a mushroom taco. We did the chefs menu previously and it was 5 star all the way with pork belly tacos. Still very good and the server was efficient and friendly.
