   This place is amazing, we has the Chef's 5 course w/ wine pairing and everything was delicious. There was no item in the menu we didn't like!!! We had the chance to try several dishes, the portions were just right and we were very satisfy at the end. Thanks to our waiter Jack for such a great service and for recommending the Chef's Tour to us. Highly recommended!!

    How can a Spanish restaurant ruin paella? If the chef Andres knew someone will have to be fired. Everything else was good. Paella was overcooked and small and unoriginal. 1/20. Amazing they can do that! Chef andres paella is exceptional. These people ruined it.

    I've now eaten at Jaleo in Las Vegas at least 10 times and it is consistently one of our "must go" locations. The service is always spot-on. The dishes are not cheap, but they are creative and of the highest quality. The only downside is the noise level; when the place is busy (and it usually is), it can be very difficult to carry on a conversation, especially if you have a table for 6 or more people. We have never had anything less than a delightful experience, and the fact that Jose Andres does such good charitable work always makes me feel like every penny I spend there eventually finds its way to a good cause.

    Amazing food- I am already craving it again! I almost want to go back to Vegas just for this restaurant! The spicy shrimp, fried eggplant with honey, along the the mini tuna cone with avocado were my favorites.

    I would recommend to try the tapas 4/5 to share for 2 to make a meal, the great thing is you can order more as you go. Jose Andres is always a safe bet.

    Everything is incredible, the food (try the liquid olives), the service, the ambience….we love Jaleo and every time we come to Las Vegas we make a reservation. It’s one of the best ever.

    Second time here, got some of the same stuff, I’m obsessed with the cheese that comes with the honeycomb, tried a paella this time, really good although it’s a little expensive for the serving size, overall great experience love the place love the vibe love the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

    Exceptional food, service was fantastic, our server was attentive and had lots of good suggestions. Birthday toast of cava was very much appreciated and so much better than having everyone sing :). Would highly recommend Jaleo to anyone going to Vegas.

    Long waiting time beyond the booking time. The receptionist kept letting other people taking our spots which kept us waiting even longer. They kept telling me that they will offer the next available table but it’s not true. Super noisy and we couldn’t hear and talk. The food is not as good as before. Poor dining experience.
