November 2017 marks the 25th anniversary of the original Blue Ribbon, well known as the late night restaurant "where chefs go to eat." In June 2017, just in advance of that anniversary, the Bromberg Brothers have opened Blue Ribbon Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The new restaurant is built on the vision that originated 25 years ago in one small restaurant space in New York City's SoHo, which grew into a beloved NYC institution. Now, at The Cosmopolitan, Blue Ribbon will build on that original vision, drawing inspiration from the bustling energy of the Las Vegas Strip. Blue Ribbon Las Vegas will be part saloon, part oyster bar, part American eatery, and part international culinary tour.

Excellent food and service. Great little hidden gem tucked away on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan. Just a bit noisy, but not too bad. We will be back!

We were so happy with everything we ordered. The vibe is a step or 2 up from casual. A perfect date night spot. The Sommelier did come out and help us make a wine choice, which was also amazing. The timing of the food was perfect. Overall loved this experience and will definitely come back.

I highly recommend the Blue Ribbon the food was amazing the fillet Migon melted in your mouth & they have a very good wine selection our waiter JR was so attentive & made our dinner date very special we will definitely be back again
