The veuve clicquot patio was ok. While the patio is off the street, it is in the driveway of the hotel, so it's not very garden like. They did make it comfortable, the service was very good but the food served was not as inline with champagne. I would not go back again as it lacked a creative menu, and the patio was not really that. Also, the musician left earlier than us ( we were not the last seating). Overall, it's a bit of a disappointment.

Cliquot Courtyard felt like a bit of a money grab. It is marketed to be this elegant, dynamic experience in a "courtyard" with a jazz musician at the world renown Waldorf Astoria. In reality, you will be at some picnic tables that looks like it has been crammed into the front of the hotel. The view is not that of a courtyard or garden, but the valet service parking and receiving cars. We were moved inside due to the heat, but that further took away from the experience. Now I am just in your small hotel lobby restaurant with no views of the city. We made the best of it but was definitely not worth $350

Great location though I’m generally not a big fan of eating at hotels. Food was solid. Had the shrimp for appetizer — nothing special, kind of meh. Entrees won’t disappoint. We had the flat iron steak and the salmon. Both were very good. My only complaint was that the menu was pretty limited by today’s standards. Service was good.

OMG! So so much fun! When we visited it was raining so we had our experience indoors. It was a bit confusing checking in, there was no one to show us where to go. Once seated the server was not aware of our upgrade and brought the wrong bottle. However; everything was correct quickly and we had an excellent time. We will be doing this again before it’s gone.

It’s a nice restaurant, but did not get a Parisian sense at all from the brunch menu. Bakery items were not fresh. The bread they brought the table was stale, and the monkey bread was not good. I did like my breakfast sandwich but overall not a good value for prices paid.

Chicken was completely overcooked and leathery. Risotto rice was undercooked and crunchy. Took them 30 minutes to find our requested bottle of wine (and they ended up having to offer a substitute anyway). Server was doing his best.
