Queen Mary is a gem and not to be missed if you live in Seattle or are a fan of high tea. It’s a tightly packed and highly decorated room. Service is caring and polite. Huge assortment of tea and goodies. Proper behavior is the norm. Sit up straight! There’s a menu with regular lunch items like sandwiches and quiche and high tea is served all day. Lunch menu not available in the middle of the day. It is expensive for the amount of food, but it’s all good and the perfect spot for a special occasions and an opportunity to play dress up. If you don’t order the high tea, save room for dessert.

Very busy, but stff handled it pretty well. Obviously lots of people enjoy coming there, so kudoes to the founder! Awfull;y high priced though. Nevertheless, I intend to continue coming:)

This was our first visit. We love going to Tea Services and have tried places wherever we travel. Some are formal, but QM has created its unique stamp on the tradition to honor the British tea *and* add a dash of self-pampering. Once you close the door, you'll find yourself in a new world where time slows down enough to savor the delicious treats, tea, and colleagial company.

My mother and daughter went for afternoon tea and they both absolutely LOVED everything about their time there. Tea - 10/10, Food - 10/10, atmosphere - 10/10. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a delicious brunch to celebrate my sister's birthday. The service and ambiance made it such a special event. The server presented my sister with a raspberry cream puff with a candle. Nice extra!

If you want some place to go for a small, intimate bride celebration this is a great place to! There were 6 of us and it was perfect after mani/pedi ! We had the high tea and it was wonderful ! Service was great ! Highly recommend!

I took my friend there for her birthday. My phone directed me to the Emporium not the cafe. The people at the next table had a more interesting meal than us, but it wasn't on our menu. Service was very slow, had to hunt up a server in order to pay and leave.
