That’s the vibe at temper Soho and Covent Garden, where Bottomless Brunch is officially on from 12 to 3 pm, every Saturday. Take a seat by the open counter and watch the chefs work the flames while the music keeps the mood high. It’s all built for long lunches, good company, and a proper reason to get out of the house. We’ve launched five new brunch dishes exclusive to this menu, and they’re far from typical. Think dry aged steak with a fried egg and chimichurri chips, or a triple-smashed cheeseburger stacked with American cheese, pickled cucumber and burger sauce. The temper Benedict comes layered with homemade sausages, a poached egg and rich beef fat bearnaise, while the steak sandwich lands with guacamole, peppercorn sauce, crispy shallots and beef fat toasted bread. There’s even a chargrilled sweet potato with tahini, salsa matcha and crunchy peanuts if you’re after something a little lighter. These are just a few highlights. The full menu brings more flavour, more fire and plenty of options to choose from. As for drinks? Expect 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, wine, cocktails, or Asahi Beer.
