Have eaten in other Fleming's and in no way does this venue compare. The place needs a makeover, the service was terrible, and the food was just not up to Fleming's standards. Wouldn't return!

Visited Flemings for Valentines Day with my wife. There were incredibly busy and is the case with most restaurants on that day they had added extra tables. The food was great and the service good considering the volume of customers they sere serving. The restaurant was more noisy than we had experienced there on previous occasions.

We very much enjoy our evenings at Fleming’s here, and in our other home in Madison, Wisconsin. Our servers, Jenny Warner and Laughlin, made this Valentines dinner very good. They were polite, informative, professional, and are both true assets for the Fleming company. Now my complaint......Last year on this same occasion, we were seated in the back room. It was noisy. Had zero atmosphere. And, the service was unacceptably slow. When making the Valentines reservation this year, I specifically requested not to be seated in the back room. When Fleming’s staff called to confirm the reservation, I again asked to be sure we were not seated in the back room. So, when we arrive February 14, 2018, where are we taken to be seated????? The back room. I told the seating hostess about my request, so she gave us a table outside the back room,, right at the door!! My wife calmed me down, and we had a good night together. But, I really should not have had to be irritated at all. We have dined at Fleming’s for years. We were Friends of Fleming’s when that program was valid. We are Dine Club members. We have had parties at Fleming’s. But, on each visit we are treated as newbies. Fleming’s can do better than that for their diners.
