Late to the table - I asked after 15 minutes and was told ‘5 minutes’. I checked again 15 minutes later - so were over 30 minutes late to the table. I had to ask for someone to take our drinks order whilst we waited. We asked the waiter for bread at the beginning after 5 minutes and he told us that it was ‘in the oven’. Food was good when it finally came.

The place looks a bit worn out. The food was with out any finesse. The Irish coffee was terrible. The service was ok and the view from the terrasse was outstanding.

Outstanding view from the terrace. I had a drink there before dinner. Then I was seated at a great table by window. Food and service were very good. Only problem was difficulty in finding elevator that went up to the 63rd floor. It was a struggle, no signage and several staff misdirected me. A staff member finally escorted me to restaurant.

Great balcony scenery and our server was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was not that great. Both steaks were undercooked and didn't have much of a savory flavor. We both ordered the filet mignon. The sides weren't much to talk about either. We did enjoy the charcuterie board appetizer though.

We were greeted in the 1st floor lobby by super friendly staff- who directed us to the elevator that would take us to the 63 floor. We arrived a little early for our reservation- so we sat in the lounge and took in the amazing rooftop views. Dinner was absolutely delicious for everyone at our table and lemon drops were the bomb! While waiting for our meals we took another trip to the outside patio to enjoy yet another view of the city view- Then ended the night back in the lounge with great music and of course more. Lemon drops! This will be a regular stop for me whenever I’m in Vegas!

An absolute incredible value for a restaraunt on the strip. Wine selection was amazing and the food was prepared exactly as ordered. I highly recommend you try this place if you haven't. You won't be disappointed at all.

Service was "not good". Server forgot about us; never touched the table after he took our order through dessert. Had to flag down others to get taken care of, this was super disappointing as expectations were high going here. Don't think I would go back or recommend after that experience.

Wonderful experience! Candice is a fantastic server. Food prepared to perfection as always. There was a table near us that was quite loud but you can go to the patio to het a break from it. After they left it was super relaxing. My coworker and I truly enjoyed it. Perfect place to take out of town guests.

Ordered the same drink 2x. Both tasted completely different and the second one was about 2/3 full. Not ok for $24…. Service was awful. No one offered us a plate when we had sides to eat and the dinner plate was full of the actual dinner. Took forever for our food and the drinks. In fact the second drink we received well after we ate our dinner. Ambiance was good and so was the view

We always have a great time here and I love brining my family and friends here when they come into town. When I go I always get their crab cakes and we always take our photos on the balcony where the prettiest strip view is located. More recommendations and photos on Instagram @Collins2Collins.

My husband chose The Foundation Room for his birthday dinner! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived!! Our server David made sure we were treated like royalty! The view from 64 floors was breathtaking! We ordered the foundation room salad to start and it was excellent! The basket of hot bread with humus and balsamic was delicious! Our entrees were the bone-in new York Strip and grilled pork chop. Both were prepared exceptionally! The chocolate cake completed our dining experience!! I highly recommend The Foundation Room!!

This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, but that’s where it ends. We ordered the strip steak and a fillet. My fillet was undercooked and very rare. The other steak was over cooked and very dry. Sadly, the food did not meet the expectation. We waited for quite some time to get the food, so we did not want to return it and wait any longer for our food.
