   We’ve been to Eddie Vs and the food is excellent. Last night it didnt let us down. It couldn’t be better, but it was. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing and we give him 10 stars! Thank you, Eddie Vs and Matt!

   Overall a very nice experience. Wait staff wonderful. Be prepared for a very expensive dinner. Stay with their most popular steaks and sea bass and you can’t go wrong. Enjoy

   We went in, not thinking we were celebrating anything too special, and didn’t mark our reservation as such. The host asked us, and we nonchalantly said we had just booked our wedding band. Our servers and the team laid out roses on our table, gave us complementary glasses of champagne, and provided us with a special dessert. They were so incredibly attentive and kind, and made what we thought was a pretty normal night into an extremely special and memorable one that made us even more celebratory for this night in planning our wedding. This staff is amazing, thoughtful and patient and we are so appreciative! Plus the seafood tower is to die for.

   Another outstanding experience at this wonderful spot. Everyone at the restaurant are attentive and personable.

   The host staff was very accommodating during the reservation process. They were able to amend my initial reservation to add another person to my party (from 5 to 6 guests). Our reservation was made for 1:30. We arrived at 1:20 and were told that they were prepping our table. We saw two other parties arrive and be seated promptly while we still waited. At 1:45 we inquired again at the host stand. We were seated shortly thereafter. Our server, Austin, greeted us and welcomed us back. Waters and the complementary scones were brought to the table by 2:00. We placed our orders from the regular menu and included an order of calamari for the table. The appetizer arrived by 2:15. However, it took over an hour to get our food from the kitchen. Moreover, this followed three inquiries to Austin. All three times, he indicated that he would check BUT failed to follow up with us. When our entrees finally arrived, we were disappointed to find the 22oz ribeye (requested M Rare) was cooked medium well. Two orders of the Norwegian Salmon were served room temperature and dry. Despite the challenges, my mother was appreciative of the effort. We will be mindful of this experience as we make plans for Mothers Day 2026. This experience was definitely sub par for the $600 price tag.

   From the moment we arrived, the valet service set the tone for an exceptional afternoon—prompt, courteous, and seamless. The warm welcome we received upon entering made us feel instantly at home, and the atmosphere was nothing short of enchanting, with soft lighting and elegant décor creating a perfect backdrop for the evening. The culinary delights were a feast for the senses, each dish bursting with flavor and presented with artistic flair. A special shoutout to Joshua, whose impeccable service and genuine hospitality elevated our dining experience to new heights. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued. This establishment masterfully combines ambiance, cuisine, and service, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. We celebrated Mother's Day and the long stem rose was the perfect extra touch. Thanks!

   Our server Joshua was fantastic! The food was excellent and the roses for the Mother’s Day guests were a nice touch.

   We went to celebrate an early Mother’s Day dinner. My husband and I are regulars we always get the Big Eddie. It is so delicious! The caviar added is great, although I miss the crab. My son loves the kids steak. Our waiter was the best.

    Fantastic all around. Eddie Vs is proven and they continue to do a great job...food was delicious; service outstanding; all in a great atmosphere. Really well done!
